My new doctor found a severe b1 deficiency and a gene mutation. Prescribed B1 vitamins and I'm currently going on two months without any major symptoms. 5xstronger and capable of being a person again.

The crazy part is everything happened over a Long period of months....there was No reason to suspect the medication, until we started researching severe side effects....i was so angry and lost all faith in medicine after that....but just glad my dad was normal again! • High blood pressure runs in my family, but so does obesity. My blood pressure topped out at 150+/90+. Medication brought it down, but this year I decided to get my health in order. Dropped 70 lbs, exercise 1 hour+ daily, eating more whole food based and less sodium, and I consume beet juice. Blood pressure now hovering around 120/65, and completely off medication. Genetics matter, but it seems in my case BMI and V02 max were the big thing. This has been a huge motivator to stay extremely fit.

The cholesterol ISNT the cause, its part of the cure. Thats why people with higher cholesterol actually live longer, not shorter lives. Pulling the cholesterol out of your system is idiotic. You are right, everything is a system and connected and I would recomeend you learn something about cholesterol. ITs so vital for life that every single cell in your body produces it. What happened when you went on statins? • So true. Hypertension is often misconstrued as a disease, when it’s actually a symptom of an underlying condition, most of which are correctable. Unfortunately, the battery of tests one would have to go through in order to rule out and hopefully determine the etiology of the hypertension are many and costly. It’s just easier for the patient to take the prescribed meds and then procrastinate on getting all the tests completed. Many people lack the insurance or the resources to realize the follow up evaluation. As such, only a fraction of those who are diagnosed with hypertension can actually complete the follow up diagnostics.

One of the things I am currently being treated for is high blood pressure which is normally running between 170-190 and all they keep doing is increasing my dosage of lisinopril. Constant headaches, severe ringing in my ears and most days my lips and face tingle and I can feel my heart beating throughout my face. Evidently they are not treating me as they should.

It wasn't until I saw this Brecka guy on tiktok that I realized I may have the genetic mutation that regulates methylation. I messaged my primary health care provider about but it was obvious she had no idea what I was talking about but she said we could discuss it in Feb which is my next physical. Just for the hell of it I bought a B Complex supplement with methylated b and c vitamins. Within a week I noticed a huge difference in my sleeping, my energy level, less headaches. • I'm a 38 year old man who is 320lbs. My weight has fluctuated up and down from 280 to nearly 400 for several years due to food addiction/mental health issues (although I'm NOT someone who uses any of that as an excuse for my weight, it's my fault 100%). I understand my weight is unhealthy, and I'm doing my best to never give up on my war against food addiction. That being said, I've never once needed any long term or maintenance medications. My blood pressure has only ever been 'elevated' when I was at my heaviest and I was very nervous about my health. I did end up having to get gallbladder surgery recently to remove a gallstone, which happened to everyone in my family, although they haven't officially linked gallbladder issues to heredity. And if you've ever had a surgery, they tend to take a lot of very precise measurements, and they all told me I was in perfect health aside from the number on the scale. That's been my biggest health issue so far *knocks on wood*. What I'm trying to say is that it has always baffled me how it seems almost everyone my age and weight are on 10 different medications to stay alive, and I've never needed any one of them. Not even a daily asprin. I also have never used or needed a breathing machine for sleep apnea. And I'm someone who has spent years eating McDonald's and Wendy's everyday. And a LOT of it. The one thing I will say, is that a lot of my weight is muscle, but it's mixed in with a TON of that baby, flabby type fat. The other thing I'll say is that I've always been somewhat active, though my whole life is at home, working remote. I'm mobile. I walk somewhere or climb stairs almost every day. I occasionally go to the gym to maintain the muscle I have. I don't actually look anywhere near as heavy as I actually am. And I'm not afraid to get up and go do something that needs to get done. So the stuff in this video is very interesting to me.

Blood pressure will naturally vary from time to time, day to day, etc. Another source of variation is operator to operator, e.g., nurse to nurse. The last component of variation within the measurement system itself. There only one way to quantify those "errors"...statistics. • Gary Brecka is awesome, I enjoy every single one of his talks. His information blows the corrupt medical industry out of the water. Learn everything you can from this guy because hes one of the few telling the truth about the world and how to actually become healthy

  • I went to 10 X health in Miami hoping to have an awesome experience but… just another business!!! Very bad service from a guy called Nathan and Gabriel Sole was better but at some point they just wanted to sell you their stuff. It is incredibly to listen to Gary but the doctors that called us after we had our labs done were 3 levels behind at least! Sad!

  • I had 200 and my heart was almost twice the size of normal. I felt like I was walking up Everest, and been on meds now and I hate them . My legs swell I feel tired, and I never used to use salt, and my doctor kept saying pressure is high but no help. I was told they were amazed I hadn't died.

  • Not all doctors/systems offer full blood and genetic testing. I really wish we'd have a full list of blood markers and genes to test. Cuz a regular blood sample that your MD orders contains the basic stuff but not what you need to know what is causing these issues. I've been suffering since birth. All my dad's side has jad major issues and havent lived past 60-65. Since my clot shots, it's been 10x worse. I'm only 38 but feel like 70. I eat really well and used to be very sctive. I supplement as well but can't put a finger on the issue.
