  • It all comes down to being your own advocate. Alot of people wait untill they start feeling lousy to keep up with bloodwork, regular doctor visits and tests. Treat your body like a vehicle. Maintenance maintenance maintanence. Only put the best in your body, work out daily and stay hydrated. You will be amazed at how good you feel and how good your bloodwork will look

  • It really is a diet change that makes you feel better, people are just stubborn, my sister completely reversed her heart condition to the point of removing her pace maker, big fruit diet, she only has 12% of her liver and 1 kidney from a critical wreck yrs ago. So not only did she reverse her heart condition her liver has replenished itself to almost 30% and is fully functioning properly and her 1 kidney is working as if she had 2 fully functioning kidneys. Because she was living with my aunt at the time my aunt started to eat the fruits she was eating. She ended up coming off her diabetic medication she was a type 2

What I am trying to say is he could have done this with plant based diet. I eat tons of fruits, nuts, grain, lentil, vegetables and I am not overweight and I don't have ANY of the symptoms of Mr. White. I am not promoting keto or plant based diet, what I'm trying to say is eat clean, stay away from all junk foods and drinks and do some exercise everyday and you will be just fine.

Finding more people sucha s Gary talking about medical issues that doctors are just too lazy, or don't find enough profit in such treatments don't discuss. Starting to think a GP doctor stands for generally pathetic advice.

I been always kinda tired randomly, itchy, skin problems, didn't eat shit, processed foods, sometimes feeling like I have adhd sometimes not, was exercising running, heavy weights. But still something not right. My all family has health issues too. (Heart thyroid brains) Got covid felt like im in my 50-60s. Blood pressure was keeping 150-90. Cant sleep and etc etc for a weeks. At the same time I took mthfr test, it showed compound gene. Checked vit b9. It's low. Went to check thyroid, all good, asked doctor how about bvit deficiency, can it be the reason for high pressure, she said definitely not. Go check your heart stomach and psychic. Here are some drugs for high pressure, buy it. Bought it, bought it but didn't drink it. My mom even offered me drugs like xanax. Refused this shit. At the same time I started to drink b9folate b6 b2 glutathione b1 b3. And noticed my mood went up. Started to sing in my car, feeling happy, not tired, my pressure went down to 120 80 in a week or two. All my life thought something is not right. I was asking myself, can it be that every specialist are just ego stupid. So, methylation is a real deal. Another thing covid fucks up is glutathione. My gene probably produces lower amounts of it. Low glutathione is really really bad.

Don't want to "advertise" it, cause it past not so much time for myself. ( And I'm from europe, we have some different brands) I was using "nutrimea" glutathion. Now "Biogena". But still you need to eat good foods, greens meat... Noticed coffee depletes all vit for me. B12 9(methylfolate) 6 2 - all those for "mathylation" For better cognitive - b3. ( but it can slow down methylation, that's bad) For glucose metabolizm - b1. Better to check exactly what deficiencys you have and work on it. Milk products can "hide" b vit.

The basic advice of eating a "healthy balanced diet" with plenty of fruit and vegetables still has the most evidence to support it promoting longer life with less disease. When they're asking $500 for the test kit and you can't ask questions over the phone with a real person, that's concerning. Just sayin'.

    • Exactly right. On Rogan he even says you don’t have to buy the supplements from him, just buy them. I think people hear of 10x and go to the site and see the expensive equipment and instantly feel like it’s a scam. Partly the fault of 10x, it should be 2 different websites. 10x health and the genetic testing and supplements. You don’t need ANY of what’s sold in his website. You can even get the genetic test they sell from another lab if you want and save a couple hundred dollars. You’re paying for an analysis of the results and a plan for improvement.
