  • I was in absolute agony this morning when I woke up. I could barely move. I did all the exercises you showed in this video. I can’t tell you how much I struggled with all of them. I couldn’t even lift my legs up - the 90 degree/ dead beetle position without crying. Doing the bridge was absolutely impossible at first. But i went through them all as best as I could and OMG i can move again! It worked! I am not pain free but I can walk and move so will keep doing them from now on regularly. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏. I had L5/S1 ‘disk shaving’ surgery 13 years ago that healed me; but at times, still have some pain issues from overwork or lifting. Will be turning 65 this summer. Your knowledge of the correct exercises and carefully chosen verbal coaching during your videos have proven quick relief for specific pain/problem areas for me. and when I perform your exercises daily-have found lasting, future relief.   • Recovering from my 4th spine surgery. This time, a fusion at L4-L5-S1 (with cage). 3 mos out. Need to stretch and get moving again. I'll be taking it slowly, but I think these exercises may help.   • It turns out I've been accidentally doing a version of #3 while cleaning out my shallow crawlspace, which is so low I can't even crawl on hands & knees! I thought I was going to hurt so much from this -- and was SHOCKED that the pain I've experienced in my left SI due to rotated pelvis -- which I got popped back into place but would still sometimes pinch there and in my lumbar -- 100% VANISHED! So even though I have not technically done these exact exercises, I can tell that they will work and I know what to keep doing after this project is completed. 😁

  • Thank you Dr. Rowe. I’m going to try these good lower back stretches, because every morning my lower back hurts before I get out of bed and I do some stretches before I get out of bed. I also hurt especially when I don’t have enough sleep. I was told also due to my neck which is also tight. I have slight scoliosis and an old broken bone close to my tailbone on my left side, which happened in 1980. I’m 66 now but I’ve been doing other different stretches for my back, which I’m going to try these now on these video. I’ll keep you posted on how this will do for my back. These stretches look like these might help my lower tight back, thanks again. 😊

  • Ha! I almost skipped this video, thinking i already do all these exercises! I do, but... I've never ever heard of doing a bridge with feet together nor the "walking" bridge! Ill have to try those! To "take it to the next level" (!).... i do a regular bridge with a 12 lb sandbag on my lower abd area for more glute strengthening. Thank you for your awesome videos! I do your knee strengthening exercises almost every day. No more knee pain 👍
