Impaler 10 000 000 is my new favorite press tool! with the sharp spike it impales everything but the matching bottom tool allows it also to crush and extrude like extremely satisfying worm maker tool! See how it goes through everyday items like paper, hockey puck, post-it notes, fruits and much more with our 150 ton hydraulic press!

6:49 Always protect your impaler 🤣
Also don't stick your impaler everywhere!
I love how it's self-centering, unlike all the tools that try to slip away to the side.
I miss the Today’s Extra Content… :(
Me too, friend 😢
It was extremely dangerous so we had to deal with it 😢
Those were Anni's thing, so it's only logical that this segment was removed with her departure. I also don't think it would be right to bring it back, it should remain the part of the old chapter in the channel's history
@@goodtoshi you have a valid point. Maybe they come up with some kind of new extra feature along the same vein just unique for the "Hanna era".
@@goodtoshiwhat happened to Anni? This is the first vid I've seen on this channel in a few years.
I have to say that the flat plunger type jig with extrusion holes all around is still my favorite. Great video.
Having the spike has caused the overal crushing surface area to increase thus causing the lb/²inch to decrease. This is the reason you can't get explosions with paper anymore.
Yup, it's a different kind of force that's being applied. With the cone shape the paper has somewhere to escape to in order to release the pressure. So no boom.
2:08 Look out Lauri! She says it is her new favorite tool!
I could not have suggested such a tool! Really nice and so random in what it does! :)
"Cleaning cloth, sounds exotic" -Lauri, 2023.
The Orange Tape looks like a winner for the ladies watching this channel… 👍👍
This channel deserves more love
I prefer the worm-maker. Still, having seen what the tape did, I'm curious as to what this would do to a roll of speedtape.
Or a roll of duct tape.
So simple yet so fun 😃
Thank you for the content and have a nice week
I genuinely thought that candle was an actual apple that you guys just lit on fire.
I would love to see the opposite of crushing things with a rod into a thick tube, like uncorking it, causing EXTREME suction. Would love to see violent suction using 100 tons. Violent suction vs a simple vacuum chamber on stuff.
The extruder is basicly this. The extruder creates a high delta P between the inside of the cylinder and the outside 1 bar atmosphere, and things get "sucked out" of the cylinder. The conditions that you can create in air are just those, high pressure inside, low pressure outside. Or a simple vacuum chamber but that is pretty weak with just 1 bar of 'potential energy'. If you search "delta P", most things are deep-sea stuff, as the sea exerts a yuge pressure on everything, and then you have some pipe or a dredger that creates 100s of bar of difference between the outside and the inside of the pipe or whatever is separating those pressures. The crushes inside the deep sea chamber are probably the closest to this, with stuff like the submarine and the glass jar filled with air. Suction is nothing but the movement of things into an absence of things. Like shadows are just absence of light, you can't make shadows darker than complete absence of light, same way as you can't create more suction as a perfect vacuum. To create a biiiiig difference (potential of energy) between them, you have to use *a lot* of the opposite (pressure or light), as you are capped with the conditions naturally found on Earth. 1 bar = a basic flashlight, 300 bar = a laser used to cut metal
this idea is so good
A vacuum chamber can not go to even zero pressure
The most negative pressure you can get is -1 atmosphere, so it'd be the same as any other vacuum chamber.

Hemispherical tools would be interesting, there is a point where the two surfaces are flat, where the pressure would concentrate while still having a path of least resistance, escape route for all the stuff that is crushed beyond reason. It would not be straight but curved route.. And things would not be penetrated, splitting the material. That split should happen because of the pressure, not just shear forces driving things apart.
I wonder if a half round tool would be different again? Interesting using different shapes with different surface area.
Do you mean a hemisphere?
I would suggest crushing different metal plates with this like iron, steel, copper, aluminium, brass etc. Do they rip, puncture or does something else happen? Clothing, carpet, leather, metal spring (what could go wrong?) and piece of car tire might behave interestingly too.
Hatmaker. Adding some grooves to bottom part (going from the middle to the edges) might give some extra extrusion action. And now that I thought about this it would be a lot easier to make the grooves on the top spiky part.
That's great! It's also a universal bowl maker haha! Love this channel.
When are you getting the new press?
I would like to see a golf ball next time that might be exiting great video see you on the next one
This has a specific fault point and it placed in an enclosing space. Compared to the flat press with the fault points happening naturally after there is sufficient pressure applied. The only items that will end up exploding for this are smaller bits pushed up by the pressure or something that is poised to burst already.
I was thinking how about a unicorn or a Pikachu and presto there it was! HPC never fails to deliver. 💪👍
Can you press small sheets of thick glass / plastic / metal with this new tool?
This was a good invention! Maybe even a sharper point and deeper hole?
Went to a killer show at a place called "Cactus Club," in Milwaukee, Wisconsin U.S., last weekend. On the 1 TV in the whole bar, they were playing a reel of your videos. There were alot of peeps watching the video and having fun. Just thought you might dig it.
Glad to see your press wearing protection.
same :>
You should add a tray of bearing balls under the bottom tool, then it'd be self centering and prevent any bending load on the press piston, assuming the metals are hard enough to withstand the force.
That was great 👍
We need more of this tool, maybe without the base so that it just punches a hole. Maybe a version with scalloped edges for increased worm maker action. Never stop #HydrolicPressChannelForTheWin
Good stuff
2:31 looks like a gunshot wound in Terminator when the liquid metal terminator comes 😂
How about machining some flutes in either the male or female cones to allow extrusion passages? Or drill a small extrusion hole at the point of the female cone with a camera under the press table to see the straight-down extrusion? Or drill a few radial holes in the circumference of the female cone for lateral extrusions? 😃
6:55 had me rolling entire minute
This was a very interesting video
*In a diesel engine, ignition comes from compression. If we press carbon powder hydraulically, will self-ignition occur? Pressing is carried out in a room that is not airtight.*
The rubber band ball was fun. I'd like to see the tape impaled from the other direction.
the paper didn´t work as planned, because the point of the tool gives it a point to rip, instead of building up pressure. A round tool might help there (like half a ball as shape)
Ок
Same setup, but with a flat block on the base with a hole bored in it. Then push the cone through a bearing ring. That should do it! 💥 💚🐇🐴💚
I think you get better results with the flat tool or the worm maker. I'd like to see the rubber band ball squashed by the worm maker. Thanks!
2nd to last looked like some kind of bad prolapse! Oh my. 😮😮😮
Hey, if you crush bacon down into a heated, clean tool, will it come out cooked in a unique way? Will it taste good? I think you should try to cook bacon with the hydraulic press and some torches, and try eating the result. Also try using it as a super-high-pressure pressure cooker. What happens when you -boil- cook beef and potatoes at 1000 degrees under such high pressure that water can't boil? Can you cook stuff in high temperature, high-pressure ice? Can it be frozen and cooked at the same time?!
It's been a long time since we've had a good wood explosion. I remember that a piece of Birch firewood gave a spectacular thunder crack. But how can we be sure Birch is the ABSOLUTE best if we don't test more types? Mahogany? Bullet wood? Iron wood? Poplar/Cottonwood? Asp? Core wood of Pine? Who knows which one is best?
3:50 Laurie, Anna speaks English like you pronounce it. XDDDDDDDD Love the video guys, and I love the fact that Anna has a favourite new hobby with this tool. I hope Annie is doing well. Cheers ma dude.
Use this to retest some of those batteries that you couldn't get to explode.
i am disappointed, was waiting for the obligatory deck of playing cards and they never appeared. 😂, not even ball bearings or cd's. i see a part 2 coming up with all the favourites. also i see metal tubes might be impressive.
I tried playing cards but they were so boring that I didn't even but them to the video :D But ball bearings are actually great idea for next episode for long form youtube video with this! And I can throw the cds there are also
I think I was too exited about the new tool and didn't think well :D I missed so many mandatory ones!
Automotive springs might be good
Golf Ball. Roll of toilet paper.
A small chunk of soft metals like lead, pure copper, or pure aluminum may extrude in this tool.
You guys should put some channels in the base of the tool so the softer materials have a way to escape and extrude out the sides
Nice, try little deeper hole on tools... :)
Assuming this is hardened steel, I'd like to see it punch mild steel plates, aluminum plates, canned food and maybe small electronics. The shape of the tool (and the name) mean it's much better suited to going through stuff, rather than squishing stuff.
Super pro 🎉🎉🇮🇳🙏👍
Would Love to See the Same Tool but going deeper
Kafka feeling even more pressure... like something is targeting him...
Since I was a child I have been convinced the people of Finland are not from this planet, or If they are, they are a parallel humanoid species. What is my proof? 1: Superhuman driving ability. 2: Their language is the only one on Earth which has tenses which are of use only to time-travellers. 3: This channel!
..I am wondering what would a half-ball tool and half-ball bowl do...
You turned that unicorn into week old roadkill.
Glass marbles might be cool
using a different tool is good. by the way , who is Hanna ?
0:03 RIP Meatwad. 🤣
Yeah, that was Kafkaesque.
This comment is funny, but perhaps it would be better if it instead said "Please, sir, no meat touching!"
Can you hydraulic press protein powder ??
cross drill the sides so theres side extrusion :D
I’d love to see playing cards or ice on this
Need to drop a big ball bearing in there. After putting up a lot of safety barriers.
Need to make the spike thinner and the thing it goes into narrower
No loud bang because the bottom end work's like a silencer🙂
No sealing edge. compared to the round piston & cylinder version. But like long episode's.
🏆
You've created a monster! ... Of course, I'm regretting to Hanna 😏 Have you crushed/extruded Orbeez yet? _(I hate searching YT on mobile, as it's not as efficient as browser YT)_
"Kafka" 🤣🤣🤣
In it's own way, the cone tip acts the same way as the secret of tearing a telephone book in half. You start by fanning out the pages and tearing at an angle.
00:48 I like how it sounds like "turd phase" with the dialect and how it is in the same sentence than "extrusion"
This feels like a tool's gender reveal party 😂
I like the teletubbie noises.
maybe need to be renamed into "party hat maker 10 million" :3
crush a vr next
This tool needs to crush playing cards!
How much do you pay the cleaners in your workshop? And do they feel it is enough? XD
The Party Hat Maker 10,000,000 is Prrriiti Guud. 🎉🥳
I think you made a typo in the title. It should have been called "The hat maker 10 000 000."
That's not a tool. It's a toy. A heavy duty toy.
At 7:00 we see how Devo make their hats
😮😮😮
Where is Anni!
Try gummi bears!
I am very sad. I absolutely hate youtube shorts but I love the hydraulic press crushing stuff 8(
update to rock paper scissors…spike, crush, extrude
Impaler 10 Million is the Best tool!
Party hat maker 5000
How about making around 10 playing card party hats, then crush all 10 at the same time with the impaled 10000000
What is Ana’s cartoon voice all about tonigh lol.
Glass beads or ball bearings and a Furby! 😂
Kafka would approve 👍 (He wanted his works destroyed after his death, which of course didn't happen.)
I am not familiar with his work so I was bit nervous how people are going to react but seems that I was doing the right thing by accident!
Please put a white styrofoam coffee cup in your deep sea pressure chamber!! It will turn it into a tiny coffee cup!!!
100% agree - that is the single application Kafka's stuff is good for, kek.
Party hats for cats ?
This is the Blue Baller 5 Million ...
Should be named Vlad
