  • Little over 3 years ago, I was sitting at a bar at 23 years old, depressed because i got suspended from university due to my drinking habits while on my fourth pint of Blue Moon. I watched this video, listened to Jon talking about his "best times" being sober and that very new years eve i pledged to never drink alcohol again, only to fall back into the spiral of excessive drinking on my 24th birthday of that year. Just 3-4 months after I made the pledge. My life was hell for the next two years all because I was doing things the real me shouldn't do including drinking, smoking, aimless etc. I am now 7 months permanently free from alcohol's clutches. I advise anybody to do the same.

  • I love Jon Jones. Great fighter, but he does have personal issues that he needs to address. Like joe mentioned, a sports psychologist could really help. Along with his drug issues. I’m not one to judge, as I haven’t lived Jon Jones’ life. I’ve seen many good people get stuck on drugs and other issues, I just hope he keeps working on himself, as a fighter and a human. Love that guy. I respect all people willing to jump into that octagon.
