How to Create a Calisthenics Workout Plan
Since no one has made an in depth tutorial on how to create a calisthenics program, I decided to create one myself especially since if I were just starting out, I would want a video like this.

  • this is the closest Ive find to what Im looking for. Ideally, a 30 video playlist that can be started at any point, its just a circle for beginners. then a second and third for different levels. following a 30 min video feels nicer as the viewer, than a 2 min video, do this and see you later. =)

If i did push today then tomorrow i cant do pull day because my joints haven't recovered yet. Should i decrease intensity so i can follow up the next day with pull day or should i move it to another day?

    @jamaljaquice7956@jamaljaquice79565 ай бұрын
    • Unless you are more advanced, 3 sets till failure is crazy. As long as you cover your pushing muscles you should be good. Maybe you can take out one exercise and raise the progression for another or add weight if it’s too easy. But hey if you like to do more, do more.

    @MahmutHamzaGunes@MahmutHamzaGunes5 ай бұрын
    • I suggest that you divide your max by 2, In your case it’s 4, so 4 pull-ups will be your set, total sets is 4, then after one month measure your max and repeat the cycle. Also try to add rows to the workouts routine it will helps you improving your pull-ups. Remember it will take time but the results is worth it.

    • or should i do 10rep on 5 set like that or my max at a rep 20 so 20-20-10

      @avucreator8353@avucreator83534 ай бұрын
    • If your goal is to hit more reps than yes training till failure is okay, but it’s more effective you train close till failure. If you are trying to get stronger or build more muscle then maybe you need more resistance which is weights. But, be careful weighted dips can be taxing on your sternum

    @bigpapi5216@bigpapi5216Ай бұрын
    • One exercise per muscle group its is enough brother. Do push ups one day and dont to any other exercise with your arms on that day. Then the next day if you want you can do some dips.
