      @jaymoralucifer@jaymoralucifer5 жыл бұрын
    • @@jaymoralucifer You're definitely right about him not saying that due to him being hurt.. but I don't think Augustus being awkward wasn't the reason he said that. Going into that fight, Augustus' record was 22-16-4 .. while Floyd's was 23-0-0. If you watch the fight, Mayweather was laying BOMBS on him with CLEAN FLUSH shots from both his jabs AND straight right hands. I havea feeling that Augustus was one of the first fights Mayweather had where his opponent was able to eat his shots and still be able to touch him

    • TheJonesie09 Mosely & Chop Chop Corley. Corley could've KO'd him with that one shot but he has a great chin & he was in phenomenal shape. The 1st Mosely punch caught him off guard with his hand down, but he grabbed his arm immediately to stop the follow up (smartest thing I've ever seen a fighter do when hurt). He was still buzzed when the 2nd punch hit him in the temple. He should've been moving till he cleared his cobwebs but he's a fighter & chose fight instead of flight.

    • BS, Floyd's first fight with Castillo, the vast majority of fans think Castillo won that fight. The good fighters though that tested Floyd, he won't give any credit to or let on like they tested him. Then he talks this shit like "I whooped Oscar's ass" meanwhile Floyd's own corner had to tell him "don't worry Floyd, we will get him later in the fight" and went on to beat Oscar literally by ONE round on one judges card. Had that judge gave one more round to oscar it would have been a draw! The thing about Floyd is, he's been VERY lucky. Alot of the great fighters have been robbed but he never was and there were a few fights that could have went the other way quite easily (castillo, Oscar, Maidana 1)

      @Flexb123@Flexb1237 жыл бұрын
    • I add this one.... in the boxing world a challenger cant be the champion in a split decision a challenger has thoroughly beat the champion or at least knock him down which mayflower did not do either and if any of you guys in this discussion have ever fought or been cornermen you would know that in the fighters meeting before the actual fight the ref tells everybody if YOUR coner enters the ring or even jumps up on the ring apron before the round is over its an AUTOMATIC DQ so that being said when mayflower was fighting Judah Roger mayflower not only gets up on the ring apron but enters the ring and approaches Judah after the low blow so where is the DQ and why has the so called experts ever talked about that? Ill tell you why..........MONEY its all about the MONEY

People catching a heart attack because I said he was being positioned to being the face of boxing. Yeah theoretically he wasnt positioned right away until he left HBO...and then had to beat Hoya and Gotti to then become the A side which was reiterated by Floyd himself. But everyone knew, common sense wise, that Mayweather was going to be the face of boxing with his rare talent skill set. Everyone knew he was this young gifted boxer coming out of the olympics and into the pro ranks. So that was a given. And 2ndly, why the heck does someone need to put a picture up just to comment on youtube videos? Im not on youtube to share pics..maybe you are...but im not. I can care less about having some profile pic. I mean who the heck needs a pic just to comment on some youtube sports video? :/ cmon now..give me a break smh.
