  • I remember being about 6 or so and seeing an advertisement for a “best of Victor Borge” type vhs release (possibly for an anniversary of his passing I honestly don’t remember) and falling in love with everything about him and the piano. I then took up lessons and now to this day still play, all thanks to Mr. Borge, RIP

  • The video ended with the words "Victor borge is een en negentig jaar geworden." It is when i found out this was originally from a newsfeed. A Dutch one, so i knew exactly what it was about. This newsfeed commemorated the death of victor morge, and here the news was sharing the memories and good moments he had before he died... What the man said at the end was "Victor Morge became 91 years old [when he died]"
