If you're still reading this, I just want to let you know that you're awesome :)
basically, don't put the cart before the horse if you try to work on turning faster without addressing the stuff brody is talking about, and you wonder why your turning isn't like max park or other "kids" who "turn fast", that's basically why
I was wondering what would be your perspective on this video. I figured you’d appreciate the trickery somewhat. I think it could be effective for bringing actual important tips/techniques to the attention of people who are too fixated on looking cool
Nani!.
@@BrodytheCuber i definitely agree that real honest & effective advice needs to be marketed :)
RUD moves are not working at PLL
How much lube u have put in ur cube and which one
"Turning fast isn't that important" Feliks: Am I a joke to you?
Yes
Jenny Austin more like Lucas Etter
Fyi feliks is more focused on his efficiency rather than his fingertrick
More like leo he focuses on turning fast on his fast solves
Yeh he’s a robot, he sees it in slow motion
Tips for improving: -do some untimed solves to give yourself time to think of the best insertion possible, preferably without rotating for inspection. -give yourself time to plan the whole cross on the bottom (should be able to do it with your eyes closed), that way you can focus on F2L while it's getting done. -also should be able to (eventually) do ALL your algs with your eyes closed, that way you can quickly recognize the next pair, or OLL, or PLL. -during F2L if the side of an edge matches either color on the side, then it can be easily inserted without a cube rotation, so target those. -be able to execute most of your F2L algs from behind to be able to insert into the backslots. -try to get good at M slices, as well as U and D moves by pushing the back with the opposite hand, being able to do those reduces regrips in lots of algs. -also practice drilling algs with your left hand to improve its dexterity, or else it will slow your solves since it's needed in lots of algs. -never turn the cube in last layer, U moves are always faster.
Yes
First one is really helpful
True
I actually was slow with advanced method and still getting sub 30s so I practiced these tips. Now I can even solve it in sub 30 using beginner method. Thank you so much.
they had us in the first half not gonna lie
it was a great idea for you to admit those things at the last part and it's actually true thank you so much it really made me realize about turning faster
He is really awesome i learned F2L,OLL,PLL from his videos and now I can solve somehow faster as I pratice it for 2 weeks
Thank you so much it's so helpful video... I found lots of missing answers for me here...
I actually learned the good Ra perms, ty for pointing it out, I immediatly learned the Ra with R, D, and U moves.
Nice video as always!
Thanks for the tips!
*Literally searching up videos for this right when you post*
lol
Finally a video on this topic
Good video brody❤
Thank you bro
When I wake up, my dream came true. BrodytheCuber uploads.
"I pulled a sneaky on ya" Brody is best meme 2019
I was at a point where I was turning slowly watching every step but then I realised every case should be like a flow not figuring out what to do during the solve that made be 8 seconds faster giving me a sub 22 average after only 2 months of cubing
Thank you so much brother 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Thanks Brody! All of my solves now have motion blur!
Great video
Your video are very helpful it help me sub 13 in every solve thx so much Brody
You deserve a tone of subscribers!!!
Thank you
You are awesome I just wanted these tips
Your channel got me back into cubing. Personal best for 3x3 - 7.58
Seconds? That’s impressive!

Very useful I haven't done it yet yet, so I'm going to keep trying.
4:26 that just made me flashback to that amazing joke you made Brody

WOW this is amazing😀
Thanks
Thanks! Ilearned a better alg for gc perm Thanks a lot
1: lube your cube 2: use a good sc 3: turn as hard as you can
How to avoid cube pieces from interlocking? If I try to rotate too fast or hard the cube kind of lock itself...
@@yogitshankar6348 same
4: break cube by turning hard
I am going to use it as an example.
For the Jb perm, you can do an F’ push with your pointer finger. When you do the next R, tour finger is set up to do a U move.
Wow how did I never realize this that feels so much more natural
thats what i do

I started with the biginner methon until I started getting sub 40 consistently than started to learn beginner f2l then advanced along with finger tricks and got a better cube
I don't really comment but this video is very useful thank u Brody.

sir can u pls tell me what type of cube r u using like.....the cube wt ur showing in the video is a speed cube or a high speed cube? just tell me the cube's name
I like your explane^^
"I pulled a sneaky on you" Me exits video
This is one of the best channels of cubing but still underrated
A problem I face when I drill PLL's is that at the end of the algorithm, I don't end up with both my thumbs in front and I continue with doing it again in a regripped state, this hardly ever works for me in solves. BTC, can you please find a way around this for me?
I recommend you guys to do 3x3 LSLL, it will help you with your F2L, OLL, and PLL.
Now I'm learning speedcubing by Fridrich's method. Is it correct? Because there 2-3 cases in F2L where you shoud use 11 or 13 (in 1 case) moves. When you say about more efficient methods in F2L I'm more and more confused...
Alright man, you got me. I subbed here.
This video will probably help me more than my 12 years of schooling
1:23 uhm yeah you got me
love the fifth tip
sir can you please explain/teach all the algorithms and give them to be fast , please as I am an intermediate solver and want to become better like you , Thank you
This is the most useful clickbait😂
How is it clickbait?
@@kronkurr9737 have you watched the video til the end? If u haven't he basically said turning fast aint as important also most of the tips.here are mostly tips for genersl improvement and less about turning fast...
R u serious or r u talking opposite 🤣🤣
He's basically showing people how to solve faster without actually turning faster
huh?
What cube did you ised in this video
When you do the example f2l at 4:15, is it possible that you mess op your f2l pair rightback?
where can I find the optimized / best algorithms for each CFOP step?
which cube do you use?? please reply sir
Told ya Brody is good 😉
Can you please tell me best app/website for algorithm i will pray for you but please tell me ❤❤
this actually still helped me turn faster, ive learnt some new things in this video even though i am 11 second average lol
what is the type of cube you use , pleeease ?

Hi! My son is having a question, can u please help? R U D is not helping him to solve PLL, what can he do?
For Ra perm I prefer, R U R' F' R U2 R' U2 R' F R U R U2 R', I think its better.
It’s what I use, but I think it’s worse and I’ll probably learn the RUD one soon
I learnt it today
Me too
hey my budget is 20 dollars which cube should i purchase please suggest and btw nice video
so good
help my tps hope this help why i didn't search how to improve tps lol plus my yj yulong v2m cant cornercut although i set the screw on the loosest as possible on it and i dont have lunar and i avg 21 and i quited for 10 months
What is the r u d R perm? I know Lucas enter had a rud R perm but it was the one with headlights on the back not on the left

Dear Brody, I started cubing in November(2016) and improved ever since from 1 min 30 secs to 15 seconds. My best was 12 secs. I tried joining a competition. It was a Saturday and my father agreed because it was my passion. My mother was the opposite and she scolded me for joining it because that day was Saturday which means extra class in school. I went to the location, turns out I didn't do it properly. I only signed up my name and that's it. No ID, nothing. Ever since that day I stopped. Started studying and had good grades. I'm trying to re-join the cubing community as it is my only talent and I'd like to improve it. Yet again, the passion inside of me is gone. Whenever I tried to solve something it gets slower and I get more impatient because I wasn't as fast as I was before. My question is, how do I start all over again? Sincerely, _Chomp_
idk, maybe try putting the algorithms in your memory again and the mores too
Can you give tips on how to recognize faster
Please make a video comparing Gan 249 M and Gan 251 M :)
Question: The case used as an example at 4:05 messes up the back slot if it is already solved. I currently use Y L' U L U2 Y' R U R' which preserves the back slot but has 2 rotations. Do I use both depending on situation with back slot or is there another more efficient solution to this that preserves solved back slot..?
U R' F R F' U R U R' This preserves the back slot and also avoids cube rotations which can be a lot slower
@@razaanadam1128 Thanks. I'm a bit slow on the F' but with practice this could be good 👍
