Those guys obviously didn't do any research on her before this. Also, they were super rude almost the whole interview, but especially whenever she was talking about being home schooled. I think maybe they were trying to joke about it? But the tone really came off that they were attacking her, and you could tell it was getting to Billie too, because she started having tons of tics and was fidgeting for the rest of the interview. She was just too polite to go off on them lmao. I stopped the video like halfway through to see if anyone noticed this too, and it seems like most people felt/heard it too. I've been homeschooled from middle school all the way to highschool. Finished my school days at 1pm most days and graduated a year earlier than all my friends in public schools. Then would use all that free time playing guitar and learning how to edit videos and do stuff that I wanted to do as a career when I got older. Sure it sucks that you don't get that social interaction school provides, as well as not ever going to prom or any graduation events. But you would be surprised that a lot of stuff they teach in school, you never ever use in the real world unless you want a career path specifically dealing in fields with math, science, ect. I want to be a musician like her some day, and I think she did it the smartest way by being homeschooled. It gave her a head start and her parents deserve the credit. Don't know why these two bozos were poking fun, but I guess some people just don't understand.
She's probably gotten those kinds of comments from many people growing up. I was home schooled and people always joke about it as if you just sit around watching cartoons all day. It gets old.

Ok honestly though, I LOVE how unabashedly she talks about her intense feelings for Justin Bieber growing up and how they still affect her now. I feel like girls are so often shamed for "fangirling" at that level and aren't generally as candid about such things as they get older. Especially not when talking to a group of dudes, on the AIR no less. But she gave no f*cks. She's just like, yep, I cried a few days ago when Hailey changed her username to Hailey Bieber, and that's so f*ckin real and relatable. I remember when I was younger and found out my celebrity crush was married, I sobbed and felt deeply depressed for days. Most people trivialize those types of pretty uniquely "tweenage girl" experiences but they're REAL emotions of love, lust, respect, admiration, joy, heartache, etc. And for some it's their first time ever feeling that way about another human being. To have those feelings minimized and mocked by society as a whole can feel very isolating and damaging to one's self-esteem. So anyways I just appreciate Billie out here representin that not-uncommon-but-often-misunderstood human experience with no shame.
I was 18 when 9/11 happened, that hit so close to home, and changed my life forever and for her to have not experienced that as she sits there so well spoken and seems like she's been threw so much just astonishes me. My family and I are from NYC. Kids that I hung out with were on TV with flyers looking for their family members that were lost and perished in that shit. There were body parts I'm talking arms and legs, feet and random hands as part of the wreckage, people were jumping 100 floors so they weren't burned to death instead. That shit was what nightmares are made of, and she wasn't even born yet. That just blows my mind!! I can relate to her very much so her being just a baby is so crazy to me. I was in love with Michael Jackson as a little girl, but I felt how she did about Gavin Rossdale and was crushed when he married Gwen Stefani. Billie is a sharp an adaptable chick She's an interesting person☆ I'm definitely intrigued. She has this hard exterior but her singing voice is so light and soft and calming. It's very breathy and feminine, like little charm bells, the total opposite of what I expected. I just find her so incredibly interesting. She seems almost too confident in her own skin and to have that at her age is so incredibly rare. She has so much substance. She must be an old soul, she's a gem☆

yeah i’m a child (not saying age) and i know that she hates these men because they can’t understand that other people matter and that homeschooling is a real thing and graduating early exists! i’m doing online school in these times right now and i think that these guys need some extra school on how to be polite.
Ikr in these times I am also homeschooled, and having tests etc, and my lowest grade ( I am Dutch so they are diffrent) is a 6.6 So I think you dont learn less or something.
One thing for sure, you certainly don't learn to stick up for yourself in homeschool LOLOL. You end up a marshmallow emotionally like you people. And quit making it a man vs woman thing Samantha whoever the fur.
