The greatest BS in all of this is that they claimed that the "reasons" for your ban have been checked and verified, but then they don't even tell you what these reasons are. So, in reality they probably didn't check anything and this is an auto-ban enforced just cause multiple bots signaled your account at the same time.

As with all multi billion $ corporations, they simply refuse to employ enough staff to physically check reports, or interact with their paying customers. So they just blatantly lie about it.
Policies should be made that allow customers to call the companies on this BS because they damage us. In Ghillie's case, he paid for an online service he cannot use and will not be refunded. Unfortunately whoever makes laws that regulate this stuff doesn't care a bit either.

This happened to me when I was about to do the cluck and bell raid, this guy tried to kill me but failed, I got him for trying to kill me, he kept messaging me, and coming after me, but failed to kill me once. After the 5th attempt on my GTAO character. He messaged me on Xbox messenger saying that i have until 3/10/24 to enjoy my last days. As of currently 3/22/24 that loser hasn’t done anything.

One time I was owning a tryhard which couldn't kill me using the OP oppresor back then, suddenly I get disconnected and the shit talk started on Social Club chat... The guy clearly was exploting the security (lack of) present with GTA Online to gain my IP address, as soon as I enabled a VPN, I was able to play again normally. That lasted 2 days, after some days I got banned and haven't come back since then. Just waiting for either GTA VI or maybe go to some races with FiveM.

Booters with extreme knowledge can actually have people banned for whatever reason they want. I knew a booter for a bit who told be certain people in the booting community can suspend players on console. Someone is harrassing you. I had my account banned for 6 months thanks to a booter. Ghillie is youtuber and therefore will be targeted by these a**holes.
You can get harassed, stalked ect ect, have cheats used against you, report yhe person doing it and nothing happen, but call them a dirty pickle and you get banned still
I’ve called Microsoft and asked them about the enforcement team on multiple occasions. They’ve told me there is no way to contact the enforcement team. I’ve talked to ther players about them too and we came to the conclusion that the enforcement team most likely doesn’t exist.

I used to host meets in GTA. My looking for group posts would include "No mxdded vehicles" in the description. About a year after I hosted regularly, I received a bunch of small but consecutive bans for the old posts that had "mxdded" in the description, even though I was specifying not to bring them 😮💨 the enforcement is broken.

That sounds like an AI went trough your whole account and made a misjudgement it shouldn't be making in the first place.
When you get reported, it checks all of your communication history. Not just your history with the person who reported you. So if you said anything offensive, even in a party with your friends who didnt have a problem with it, you can be banned. Its a totally bullshit system.

it started with game makers being allowed to release half finished games and finish them over time with updates. - They dont even need to finish making the game it continued with in game purchases or subscritions ie shark cards. - They dont even want you to play the game. Ultimately they will continue to charge more for games that will have less content, or just punish those who arent paying for subscriptions or in game purchases.

I had the same thing happen to me as well. Had 3 emails in under a minute stating I was banned for 3 months. For no reason. Then, 1 month later, it finally showed I was banned for "offensive messages" ... when I haven't sent a message to anyone in over a year!! And now im stuck with 7 strikes on my account till May! 🤦🤦 Xbox enforcement is a joke at this point. Ps. Even saying GG to someone can get you suspended. Had a 7 day communication suspension for saying a nice message. 🤦

I was banned permanently talking to enforcement team and apologized and permanently banned and lost all my games and 12 month membership
Similar incident happened to me on Playstation. Got banned paying Call of Duty and got booted offline and I spent thousands of dollars in my PS account. Just like you, I never cheated nor talked to anymore nor used a mic. So I went in my Emails and it said I was banned but didn't have an exact reasoning to why. So I contacted PS and they said I was perms-banned for an unknown reason. So I was questioning "WHY? And if they can lift the perma ban because I've done nothing wrong" They said they couldn't do anything about it. I was so pissed, no reason or nothing and banned forever. I even logged into my account yearly to see if I was unbanned yet and stopped logging in on after the 3rd year because apparently they hadn't figured out why they banned me or didn't care.

I was also randomly banned years ago, but it was a communications suspension. I submitted a thing saying "hey, this is obviously false, I hardly spoken to anyone on Xbox the past three months, and the people I did speak to were all friendly conversations". Then they got rid of the suspension early and gave me an Xbox Live Gold Trial in return. Edit - It appears at some point of time, the suspension was completely wiped from the record. It doesn't appear on my Enforcement page.
I would've told them to take that trial and shove it because what they did was unwarranted and clearly unjust, do better!

I'm sorry that it happened to you! Back in October 2023, I got comm banned for 1 year all because of my "live on twitch" posts on my activity feed to let my friends/followers know that I went live. I didn't really see anything in their code of conduct that it wasn't allowed. I had 10 / 8 strikes all for activity feed. I submitted an appeal, the appeal was approved, ban was lifted and strikes were removed. I stopped posting "live on twitch" posts on my feed snice the ban was lifted. Four months after (February 2024), I got comm banned again but for 1 week for activity feed again even though I didn't post any text posts at that time, had 3 strikes for activity feed. I submitted an appeal, it got denied. They comm banned me because of "inappropriate solicitation", which I don't ever do that. I don't do game chat at all. I just talk to my friends in a party. I message some people little times but that wasn't reason why the ban happened. I mostly play multiplayer games but since I don't do game chat, I didn't get comm ban for that. After the ban was over, I set my activity feed to friends only. I really don't like the strike system, feels like people can abuse the report system to get innocent players banned for no reason

This is so weird, Xbox live has so many glaring issues compared to PSN. And we don't even know what caused this, it could be scoundrels that really hate you or just a malfunction on Xbox live part. As an ethical hacker I know this is possible, it's the same sort of thing I used to do to watch telemarketers in their workplace and even see their screens. This shit happened to me as well, but on PC and on R* Social Club. Haven't played GtaO for a few years, then out of the blue I get 3 emails saying my Social Club account has been suspended and all my media (completely harmless/sfw Gta screenshots) has been deleted due to "inappropriate content". Out of curiosity I hop on GtaO and I get a message saying my account has been suspended for 3 months. Haven't even launched the game since 2022. Lmao

I feel this man’s pain. I was also unfairly banned, I was banned on Cod 2019 MW. Like him I do not cheat and I was perma banned for absolutely no reason. I tried jumping through my multiple loops to get my account back including contacting Activision, and contacting the better business bureau since I had so much money tied up in skins and guns, but it was all to no avail. My account is still banned in the world is still unfair, good luck … 😢
I think they're mad about the Outfit Save Video's (Cluckin Bell, Salvage yad) you made . Just a hunch but they patched that FAST... I think this is their way of saying don't do that. hello, this is an exploit from few years ago that was used to get accounts ban & it worked by someone sending you a message on xbox then once you responded to that message the exploiter would grab your token through fiddler & use it in a tool to auth your acc (basically access your account with your token) then send harmful messages & it’ll be auto reported by xbox to which you’ll receive suspensions & a permanent ban.

It's not just box. This recently happened to me on the 9th of this month to my ps5. I was pmaying helldivers crossplay with PC players and kicked a PC player from squad. 5 mins or later he had hacked my account and stole all the licenses to all 137 of my games and dlc from 2017 onwards and Sony are still being idiots about and keep asking me the same shit Over and over. It's a joke I've taken it to trading standards as the hacker needs to be punished and Sony have to by law as a consumer give me the right to goods paid for.

I got my Playstation account permanently terminated a few months ago. When you get banned on Playstation you get an error code that tells you why you got banned. I searched up the error code and the reason was a charge back from the debit card attached to my account. I never attached a card to my account. I go to the Playstation website to complete a "charge back appeal form" which could get my account unbanned. I complete the form just for it to give me an error code and tell me that my account was not banned due to a charge back. What ever happened to you, is happening on both consoles. My account got unbanned the next day without any emails about my termination or account status the whole time. Pure bs.
