    • I take it when I start experiencing that annoying muscle twitching. For me, muscle twitching is my body’s way of telling me that I am low on magnesium. When I take magnesium, the twitching stops, and I never get cramps anymore. If I ignore the twitching and don’t take the magnesium then I can pretty much guarantee that muscle cramps will follow. For full disclosure, I am on both a diuretic and a statin which both deplete magnesium.

    • Not sure how well it affects growth, but I've noticed that when I bathe in it and allow my hair and scalp to soak for a good while, my scalp feels cleaner and my hair becomes really nice and soft. Of course, it's essential to use a good shampoo and conditioner or hair mask. A good scalp scrub is really helpful too. Only need to use a couple times a month. There are also some good hair oils on the market, but I must be careful with them because they can make my hair too oily. Because of that, I use them either for spot treatments if my scalp is getting itchy, or I use it a good half a day or so before I plan to wash my hair to give it a good treatment. Only a very little bit though because a little goes a long way. You might also want to consider a rice water spray. Go lightly because too much might be too heavy or oily for you, but a light spritz does help to condition the hair and make it shine. Shampoos, conditioners and other products that contain keratin are very helpful too. Can't say I'm having a lot less hair loss, but I've noticed that with all of these things combined, the condition and quality of my hair has greatly improved. That's half the battle. You might also want to look into a safe supplement that works from the inside. Something that contains biotin, collagen (re: collagen - careful if you have food allergies, especially to fish) and hyaluronic acid. Stick with those made in America unless you know you've found a good and safe one. Those things also are good at helping old people problems, such a sore and achy joints.

  • Dr. Kim you said in the video at the 5:28 mark, you tell people if they have constipation , etc… to start with 500 mg before bedtime and up the dose nightly by 100 mg to 200 mg until diarrhea , then back it down 100 mg to when the diarrhea started. What type of magnesium were you suggesting ? Much appreciated.

    @dwall6396@dwall639611 ай бұрын
    • From the beginning I was confused too..he ment to increase by 100 or 200mg every night - ( 500 + 100 or 200) until you'll have a diahrrea ... For example, if you took 1000 mg and you experience diarrhea, then you should reduce the dose to 800 mg or 700 mg daily. I hope it helped...
