"No built-in S-pen, no switching" Amen...
Camera needs to be upgraded to similar quality of the S Ultra series. Give me the S pen slot IN THE PHONE. With the titanium frame. No reason an almost $2000 phone should come with anything less than that. People are getting tired of buying the newest version of galaxy phones when it's the previous years model with the latest generation of snapdragon. Not proper innovation. Do better Samsung.
The S-Pen needs to work on both of the screens to make me want to get it.
more important the pen should fit inside the phone like s24 ultra
In the meantime, get a rubber stylus! It works both inside and out!
@AiHiringSolutions bro there's no way in hell I'd get a rubber lower quality stylus for a phone that costs the price of an entire months of rent or 3 car payments. If you're going to get something with high quality like that then you should have the entire package. Secondly the samsung pens that are designed for their phones has a bunch of features that you couldn't even get to work on a third party stylus

@@nathanrigger15 Still dont think it'd work. The first time I tried using my note 10 plus stylus for my fold 5, before I even got a chance to touch the screen with the stylus, it told me in so many words that It wasn't going to work to prevent damaging the screen
The fact these phones don’t have the best version of their cameras when they are the most expensive is so cheeky from Samsung. It should be the best of the best in all specs.
If they do that, they will have to charge 2 grand for it...

Vivo has an outstanding foldable as well. Don't forget about them. My favorite foldable
Best foldable are the Samsung Fold's. Software is by far the best of all foldables. S-pen, DEX, multi-tasking, multi-window, screen and the Samsung eco-system which is the best in the world.
Love my Fold 5.

There is a way to get it,( Trinity electronics) search it up they ship worldwide & based in Hong Kong. Yes you will pay little more for the shipping costs obviously
They don't have good software plus durability is questionable for vivo
@@Electrodexify Not every phone is perfect, one can break for A person but maybe not so for B person. I bought and used z fold 5 and vivo fold 2 together as my primary and secondary phone everyday, for camera and gaming, nothing failed for me yet as I used it everyday, but of course I used a cover on both my phones and not naked for any scratches. I am 100% say hardware wise, both are the same and can last if you dont throw it, but software side, Samsung takes the cake as they are the first in the game and many years experience.

Hello but if it goes from 23.1 / 9 to 22/9 how can it change so much in width? Didn't they have to do it from 20/9 for a big change?
Also expect both Fold 6s to have the same always on display and ambient wallpapers the S24 Ultra has. Samsung told me that the ambient wallpapers are locked to the S24 Ultra and newer phones.
Part of me wants to go back to Android for the 6 but part of me thinks waiting until the 7 might be the better decision

I m still using fold 3. I would love toget the vivo alternative but they aren't available in Australia
It wasn't just 'not-exciting' last year. But samsung actually cut corners with the fold 5. The hinges were easily scrunchable, flimsy and people were reporting white lines appearing on inner screens requiring a full display change after minor bumps or wear and tear from opening the display. Samsung of course only allow 1 screen replacement during warranty. Doesn't help that they have to destroy the inner display for ANY internal problem, no matter how minor because there's no other way to disassemble the phone.
Have the fold 5. I always switch to new. Was a Note /ultra fan. Switched from s23 to fold5. Can't wait for the fold ⁶ to emerge..and I ll switch 100%. Main reason is the wider front screen. The rest if something better..is a bonus. Thx for the clip Saf.

I like the idea of having the 2 variants, regular version with no S-PEN built-in, AI etc. and the ULTRA version with all the top specs - built-in S-PEN and S24 camera setup.
Best foldable up to date is Vivo X Fold 3 PRO
I think that the rumours aren't enough to even catch up with honor I can't believe that you are excited for the 6 and when they lose all the customers , will they be able to get them back Which also means they will lose out on peripherals as well They need to stay on top.

Xioami ftw mix fold 3 and I absolutely love it l. Sure it has its bugs but the outside screen and all the cool little features it has make it totally worth it

@@srivatsansamraj2768 Chinese Ron hasn't bothered me after I messed with the settings. Took some time to learn but got it down now. Haven't had any problems with notifications either after fixing settings auto start, no battery restrictions etc. Horizontal split works for the outer screen not the inner screen 🙄. Overall I love the phone I'm coming from an s21 ultra so I wish the outside screen looked a little better but the inside screen is beautiful. The outside screen isn't bad I couldn't imagine having the Samsung this is perfect i feel I have 2 phones
@@srivatsansamraj2768 here are my cons, speakers are not great they sound high quality but not loud at all. S21 ultra speakers are way louder. Outside screen is nice and big just wish it was s21 ultra clean. Needs screen protectors immediately I babied it and got scratches within 3 days. Some apps like twitch I prefer using Samsung browser for it then the app for some reason it cuts off a little part of the screen. Besides that phone is super fast
@@mazera_sushi you mean the brightness of outer screen isn't matching with s21 ultra or the size or the colors? yeah I too am planning to buy it and yes, the split screen somehow works vertically on outer screen and not in inner screen in every single KZhead video I saw. one last question, how about the scaling issues (how does app scales like do they adapt tablet mode easily or do they adapt tablet mode when turned horizontally, or do they not adapt, etc?)... and what would you say as some things in this phone that would people consider as a dealbreaker (for ex: the battery dies more than usual (not true, just for example)) also a small and concise review of the phone if you can spare your time 😂
@@srivatsansamraj2768 hard to explain but if you look up reviews the s21 ultra the screen is like a1 I would say this is a minus but the inner screen is equal. If not better. I'm terms of colors but smoothness especially with the add-ons they give you it feels more 120hz then my s21 ultra ever did. What apps you want me to check? KZhead is fine but has its bug nothing breaks just a small white border goes but you'll see what I mean it's a small bug but can revert in like a second. Deal breakers for me none honestly. I'm a super super heavy user as soon as I wake up 8:30 my phone Bluetooth is on with like 5 other apps. Around 1:30 I'm at 30% charge but now 2:04 during lunch I'm charging again back to 90% as I Said I'm a heavy user phone brightness on max practically lol
Not upgrading without a upgrade with the camera lenses! Also sd card slot and a wider front screen will be nice.

I wouldn't be surprised if the fold ultra is priced at $2000...at this point we can see that Samsung is not the company that gives you more for less. They have been removing features from its phones lately.
i was hoping this new form factor that had been talked about was going to be it folding in the other axis. that would allow the wider screen. not sure why they didn't do that to begin with
My main problem with the Z fold is that they do not include the S pen. I'm not saying it has to be in the phone. But for a £1700 phone, I would expect the Spen to be included in the box at least.
I want another fold I had the fold 5 and I hope Samsung brings me back if not the one plus open is looking good
I have been frustrated by the Z Fold Camera for years, just unusable for vacation photos. On a whim a few weeks ago I ordered a OnePlus Open to test it fully expecting to send it back like I did the Pixel Fold (trash) but instead I fell in love with it, way better phone. The camera rivals my S23 Ultra, great zoom, crisp photos, crazy battery life, better outer screen, almost no crease. I traded my S23 Ultra in for the Open and sold my Z Fold 5. Samsung just took too long and the camera is just too important to skimp on for a premium phone.
I hope the make the camera better and the s pen added if they do that I'm all in
I think your numbers are slightly off. I think you may see a 1499-1699 for z fold 6 and 1899-1999 z fold 6 ultra. Inflation and better specs would be why I think that. Especially since the increased the price of s24 ultra this year.
I'm need a s-pen support for me to switch. Only samsung give you s-pen. I have a samsung z-fold 3 love the phone. Only issue is the phone is hi maintence, but great phone
Samsung should've bought out the company that made the thinnest foldable years ago and put their software and hardware in it. It was perfect just didn't have the cache for backing.

Ah man i just dont think foldables are tall enough.multitasking is cool on the square form factor if thats what your into but i dont see a use for it for myself.i would be getting a foldable to enjoy watching content on youtube netflix prime etc obviously i could watch it on a tablet but im not going to take a tablet out with me. but watching content on one of these square style foldable form factors held in landscape orientation isnt that much bigger than watching on a s24 ultra or s23 ultra.for myself a foldable needs to be as tall as a s24 ultra or even a little bit taller.until that happens wich it probably wont i wont be getting one
I've owned a Samsung fold 3 and even bought the external pen but sold it off and adapted to flip 3 instead. Reason being the flip is it is just like a fold but with a smaller screen and works like any fold or flip. Then I bought the Oppo Find N3 and it was way better with the cameras and screen size. My everyday phone for now. But something might sway me to go back to Samsung. Same spec or better than Oppo and with a stylus. Even if the stylus is external like the current fold 5 but a built in is better. The strongest factor is when all these are present, the Samsung environment was something that I want to go back to actually. But with the Samsung fold specs are not on par, I'll wait for that. Of course, if Oppo came out with a built in stylus, I won't even think of going back. 😂
If the cameras don't get a major update the fold 5 is the last samsung fold I'll own..they have been sub par for the money for years now
If the Ultra is not released in the west it will mean poor sales for the Fold this year and me for one will keep my Fold 5 and wait to see what the Honor Magic V3 is like

We want the Spen, just like one on the s24 ultra and working on both screens.... otherwise I'm going back to the ultra in January. There's bo reason to not at least match specs with the Ultras at such a Premium price. I like my Zfold5 but wish I'd gone with the s24 Ultra, for $500 less, and higher specs!
Give us a standard with no pen, no dex and the same size outside screen. With cameras currently on the zfold 5 at a cheaper price The s-pen is of no use to me but I know that's a deal breaker for some. I would jump on it. Leave the bigger screen, s-pen and better cameras etc for an ultra version. A little bit of something to please everybody.
3 fold 6* you'll have a fan edition too which will come out at the end of 2024.

Literally, they have a phone now that looks like a note book, just put an spen in it and call it a note again... I guess the only reason they are waiting is because the spen would damage the inside screen.
Yeah samsung has stagnanted/ rested on their laurels so to speak. But personally i switched from them to OnePlus open and its been literally night and day. Theres others out there such as vivo , honor and Xiaomi who are now releasing global roms so theres far more competition than ever before 👍

They Can Do much Better with The Camera's ,Why not Put a 200 Mega Pixel back camera ,100 mega pixel, and 50 mega pixel camera,3 back cameras on The Back ,And one 50 mega pixel Front camera camera

The problem with the West is that these carriers have contracts with Samsung and Apple Motorola and that's pretty much it. They're not selling the honor magic V2 in stores here they're not selling the red meat phone they're not selling the OnePlus open in the stores readily so Samsung knows there is not many options when it comes to what you can Finance through your carrier which is why they just push out mediocre things now

For me, being an owner of z fold 2 and 3. If they don't bring it then I will wait for one more cycle. If after this them I will switch out from Samsung because Apple will waiting in back ground. You may be saying why Apple, because I have two umpc that can out do anything out there. So switching to a smaller device will be for me (apple) or stick with another cheap Samsung. I use my phone as a laptop when I don't want to carry a laptop. What I want is 1tb of storage, 16gb ram, and bigger battery. So if this phone does not meet my standards then good bye Samsung.

So S24 Ultra will become cheaper. Im still using S10 without problem. Didn't damage on screen and body because I had spigen armored case and Lz3 screen cover. If S24 Ultra doesn't become cheap I will wait till 2025 May for refurbished for $915 including Socali tax. 🤣🤣🤣 Big F 💣 2 🍎 super 🤓 tim 👨🍳👎👎👎
