Mo Farah wins the final of the 10,000m to take the gold medal in the Olympic Stadium at the London 2012 Olympics Games.
Farah was followed by USA's Galen Rupp taking silver and Ethiopia's Tariku Bekele taking bronze.
Since 1896, athletics has been on the programme of each edition of the Games of the Olympiad. Its presence on the Games programme has allowed its popularity to increase across the world. This popularity was also strengthened by the creation of the IAAF in 1912. Women's events appeared for the first time at the 1928 Olympic Games in Amsterdam, while the men's programme was standardised as of the 1932 Games in Los Angeles. Although at the beginning women were authorised to participate in only some events, today their programme is almost identical to that of the men.

Always having that need to check your own pace and know when to start sprinting must be harder than just "blindly" running as fast as you can each time.

Have you seen the carved huge rocks and rock pyramids of egypt ?! • If you are not joking, here's the solution: Rupp pointed out that Farah and him got 1st and 2nd. Rupp and Farah are close traning partners in the Oregon project under the guidance of coach Salazar.

      @axlrosea675@axlrosea6758 жыл бұрын
    • axlrosea675 its usual for an athlete to hold up the number 1, until he realized that he in fact didn't get 1 but 2, he was not pointing out the fact that him and Farah got 1st and 2nd it was just funny how he changed it

      @mitchelllantz8797@mitchelllantz87978 жыл бұрын
    • You don't SERIOUSLY believe that Rupp did not realize that he came in second rather than first? You have to be joking. Look at the time stamp you pointed out. He congratulates Mo and, as his tranining partner hugs him and then points out their special double victory.
