" yo u wanna hang out tongiht" - "no sorry i have practice"- "wanna hang today were gonna have os much fun gonna get some stuff to smoke and drink" -"no sorry i have practice" this is what kept me and my siblings away from the wrong friends, and out of the streets

I done it in the past i didnt see many people doing the same and now seeing more people outside doing this type of free workout is such a huge motivation and more inspiring to get you off your feet and pick what you want to do to get started. You dont need to kill yourself but to beat the anger of what goes on in your life so this type of workout helps you in ways you never thought could do for you. Keep doing what you love to do 🤙

He really knows what he's doing and is helping a lot of people. You can tell by how random people in the streets get involved. I wish we could have something like this in my African neighborhood too. Instead of the violence we experience in many communities, this is the kind of life youths should try to emulate. I'm subscribing to this channel and will show this video to my village and everyone I know so their lives could maybe change in one way or another.

      @TheNegativeSpace0@TheNegativeSpace05 ай бұрын
    • @@TheNegativeSpace0 I am a personal trainer, Id recommend doing 3 pull-ups, then jumping up off the floor to the top position of the pull up and focusing on the negative - or if you're at a gym, do your 3 then jog over to the assisted pull-up machine and go again to failure with some assistance. Pullups are one of those exercises that are so particular that if you want to get better at them, you mainly need to just do more of them - but having said that, you could also help yourself by doing things such as the lat pulldown machine, or bicep curls. Once you get to 10, put a 10kg dumbbell between your legs and go through the process again - dropping the dumbbell when you fail and repping a few more. 1-6, or 0-3 are great improvements, but honestly if you are semi-serious about fitness you should be way past those numbers after a year, even if you are a skeleton - unless you are very overweight. If you're a bit of a chubby/bigger guy, then the assisted pull up machine and lat pull down machines will be your friend.

I had a baby a year ago and my energy is not the same, i have not been back to t he gym and i just seem to be so tired to even do anything but these two videos really changed my mentality. • As a person that mixes bodybuilding with calisthenics I can tell that final workout regime had to be grueling for Jesse but it’s damn impressive he could hold his own, especially after all the previous working out just on the way to the gym. Im nowhere near the level of these legends but it really is a great feeling seeing yourself get stronger in calisthenics little by little

You look much more jacked than me and they all smiled. Such humble guys with hard family background but they support each other and even me with their heart. Feel blessed to met them and hopefully you join them and others groups aswell. We´re all one fitness community, one family. No matter where you´re from and how you look. ❤ from germany
