      @derraucherhase123@derraucherhase1239 ай бұрын
    • @@derraucherhase123 I have to disagree since normal people cannot get this big no matter how hard they work. You are genetically programmed to have a certain percentage of each muscle fibre based on your parents genes. Most people are born with 50% slow-twitch muscle fibers and 50% fast-twitch muscle fibers. Elite strength or power athletes might have 80% type II muscle fibers and endurance athletes have about 90% type I. They have more homogeneous fiber distributions from birth and that is what allows them to excel in their respective sports. Genetics are the determining factor in growth potential and to get this big you have to have the genetics.

Not to mention multiple body builders at the time even commended his ridiculous physique acknowledging what a freak he was, but also how he was just unlucky due to the way the judging criteria is set up, makes it virtually impossible for someone as short as him to win.

But what great symmetry and incredible WAIST and abs. Mike Mentzer. He tried so hard. Harder than almost anyone. Just never made it really big for long. Blame politics perhaps. He heavily influenced DoriaN yATES CARRER. tHEY BECAME BUSINESS PARTNERS. He influenced Markus Ruhl to embrace the philosophy of Objectivism. I am surprised he was an atheist since he grew up in Ephrata close to me in religious Lancaster County, PA. Most heart award. Sergio Oliva, Google photos of him. What a V shape and small waist!
