Wes Barker is a Canadian magician and comedian doing funny tricks, and telling great stories. You may know me from my TV show Big Trick Energy (truTV, HBOmax, Netflix). Watch here for hilarious, ridiculous, and unfiltered ideas with magic, stunts, and pranks. Either I'm the funniest magician who is also a stand-up comic, or maybe I'm the comic who is the best at magic? Either way you get the idea. I tour all over doing colleges, comedy clubs, and corporate events. Catch the adventures and tricks right here. With this magician / comedian from Vancouver, based out of Toronto, Canada. I make funny stuff. That’s my only rule. Everything has to be funny, from street magic to stage illusions, as long as there is a joke to be made. I do magic tricks, sketches, stand-up comedy, card tricks, mind reading, and tricks with naked people. I’ve been on America’s Got Talent, Penn & Teller: Fool Us, MTV Greatest Party Stories Ever, and Wizard Wars. You can find me pulling pranks on friends, gags on strangers, or just general sleight of hand, magic, illusions, and the occasional bar bet. Wes Barker also hosts a podcast with Chris Ramsay called Bottom Of The Barrel. Go check it out!

    • It’s a clever trick that I’m sure works great in a live performance on stage. The thing about filming it for a TV show the zoom in does show the trick a bit. It didn’t fool me, but it certainly entertained me. Nice trick Wes.

    • It's sewn to the shirt he's wearing and is on the inside of the shirt on the back, which if you look at his shoulders at the reveal, they look slightly padded almost like extra cloth.

      @snakeofdune4534@snakeofdune45342 ай бұрын
    • @@adamshinbrot When he takes off the shirt after taping the front (5:05), you can briefly see the inside of the back is taped already on the inside. So he just turned the shirt inside out and put it back on backwards. Thus, all the tape that was put on the ripped portion on the front, was now inside and on the back. They were very careful at 6:05 to not show the back of the shirt on camera.

  • I really liked the BLUE, 173 and LION magic intentionally revealed act. Your comedy was great. The black T-shirt and duct tape act was cool for your real trick. I suspect that the magic involved has many layers to it and double taping. Lastly, your lady flight attendant love is a real keeper.

    @dondee5439@dondee54392 ай бұрын
    • Many what? It's just turning the T-shirt inside out and wearing it so that the recently taped side goes on the back while the one taped earlier is then revealed on the front.

  • I loved this! Very entertaining and a well executed trick. That said, I think I figured out Penn's code, so for my guess press "Read more" I think the shirt wasn't fixed. To begin with, I think he had a shirt with tape on the inside along the back. Then, while he was doing his taping together on the floor bit, I think he turned the shirt inside-out and put the part with tape on the front. The part he taped live was inside on the back now, so you couldn't see it. Still, it took Penn's obvious code for me to figure it out without watching it twice. Well done, and very fun to watch!
