Ядовитую ловушку они сделали по быстрому и продали ни в чем не виновным людям. ППС это отрава которую использовать не изолированную нельзя. Запайка должна быть как минимум в полиэтилен полностью каждый лист ппс. тут тупо пол и стены.и немного замазки по щелям.

In Germany, floor plates with steel reinforcement are mostly used. But to take piles (stilts) as foundation offers the advantage to be able to build in swampy areas. (DeepL)

At a closer look. Looks like the sips have cementboards instead of osb as you normally see. Very Good design. Air and water tight. Ingenous I would say.

Скажу как кровельщик по мягкой рулонной кровле : - Технониколь, как кровельный материал - сильно уступает по качеству и длительности эксплуатации, чем филизол. Хотя, филизол стоит несколько дороже, но он того стоит. Здесь, или заказчик, или исполнители, решили сэкономить, а зря, скажется ещё..

Про нагрузку на кровлю должны быть цифры, наверняка рассчитано. По поводу воды, вы уклон крыши не заметили?

@@ARiderus уклон увидел, а слив нет, если он позднее планируется, есть риск что его снеговой нагрузкой оторвет. Мне больше нравится решение, когда уклон собирает воду к центру дома, а оттуда вода попадает в тёплую канализацию

But yet, they wear sandals on a construction site. Major mistake, because the moment some 3kg hard object falls onto them (which always will), you risk crushing some of over 20 bones inside your foot. That will make your life a living nightmare for months!

How long did it take to do all the foundations? What is the 'life expectancy' / Warranty on the Foam inside the panels? What timber are you using/ is it aged or kiln dried? or fresh / green? How long does the rubber roofing remain waterproof? Anything going over this? >Gradient? > Run off? > Guttering?

Concrete fiber boards and styrofoam inner core? Similar method of building RV s and truck campers use outer plywood panels. Does this produce off-gases from so much styrofoam?

Технология прекрасная. Это намного лучше чем у нас штатах. Полная шумо и теплоизоляция Построили без участия подъёмного крана. Минимум рабочих. Нет затрат на фундамент. Возможность использования крыши. Мне очень понравилось. Прочность абсолютно достаточная. Дизайн шикарный. Удачи желаю этой стройкомпании. 🇺🇸

А Работодателя так ещё бы и до конца жизни. У него рабочие Стиролом дышат чистым. Это гумно нельзя без СИЗ обжигать так. И жить в таком доме нельзя.

SIP construction ( structural insulated panels ) has been used in Canada for at least 40+ years. They are a more energy efficient way of building homes but structurally are often not as strong as a framed home. One more thing, in a colder climate you need more insulation in a floor than in the walls and more than twice as much in the attic or ceiling.

Скажу как кровельщик по мягкой рулонной кровле : - Технониколь, как кровельный материал - сильно уступает по качеству и длительности эксплуатации, чем филизол. Хотя, филизол стоит несколько дороже, но он того стоит. Здесь, или заказчик, или исполнители, решили сэкономить, а зря, скажется ещё..

Про нагрузку на кровлю должны быть цифры, наверняка рассчитано. По поводу воды, вы уклон крыши не заметили?
@@ARiderus уклон увидел, а слив нет, если он позднее планируется, есть риск что его снеговой нагрузкой оторвет. Мне больше нравится решение, когда уклон собирает воду к центру дома, а оттуда вода попадает в тёплую канализацию

But yet, they wear sandals on a construction site. Major mistake, because the moment some 3kg hard object falls onto them (which always will), you risk crushing some of over 20 bones inside your foot. That will make your life a living nightmare for months!

Не фанера, а цементно-стружечная плита. Даже если была бы ОСП, что с ней случится? На крышах и полах используют, а на стенах нельзя?

How long did it take to do all the foundations? What is the 'life expectancy' / Warranty on the Foam inside the panels? What timber are you using/ is it aged or kiln dried? or fresh / green? How long does the rubber roofing remain waterproof? Anything going over this? >Gradient? > Run off? > Guttering?

Возможность использования крыши. Мне очень понравилось. Прочность абсолютно достаточная. Дизайн шикарный. Удачи желаю этой стройкомпании. 🇺🇸

SIP construction ( structural insulated panels ) has been used in Canada for at least 40+ years. They are a more energy efficient way of building homes but structurally are often not as strong as a framed home. One more thing, in a colder climate you need more insulation in a floor than in the walls and more than twice as much in the attic or ceiling.
Gary agree with U on insulation 4 Snow areas like EU , Canada & parts of USA . BUT what about Australia where we Melt in the Heat . These insulated panels would be sensational
This winter: snow 70 cm on the roof, at night - 22 degrees. Walls/floor/roof of 150 mm insulation - everything is fine! I live in Russia
heating: underfloor heating + antifreeze + electric boiler!
