The Suicide Squad is pretty great. We enjoyed it. Doesn't mean it's free of sin though.
Thursday: Christmas sins.
Remember, no movie is without sin. Which movie's sins should we count next?

  • “Brain blasting bombs that ignore signal jammers” is realistic. Voice comms-particularly encrypted communications-require a lot more bandwidth to transmit and would thus would use a higher frequency. Higher frequency transmission are more easily disrupted for all sorts of reasons. Meanwhile, devices that send/receive only small bits of data, such as pagers, operate at lower frequencies that are much harder to block or jam. This is why doctors still carried pagers even when cellphones were common: even in a hospital basement or parking garage the message would still be received. Also, they didn’t transmit and so wouldn’t interfere with medical equipment.
