  • I have seen a lot of these videos. I see the same errors over and over. Use a bigger bowl for mixing so everything gets properly mixed. Use a mixing spoon ( not fork ) for mixing. Fold your egg whites into the cookie mixture rather than mashing it. You are deflating your egg whites when you mash them. Your final product (cookies) looks like it needs a few more ingredients. There are better recipes for this same cookie. See coconut macaroon recipes.
