  • Any chance you could go into detail on your reverse off of the output shaft? That looks like a very slick way of doing it. Much appreciated.

    • Hi, the sprockets nut has a ~100mm gear welded on. The starters plate is fixed in 3 points, takes two engine mount poits and one to the rear drive cartridge. Find me on facebook, will make you some photos.

  • Nice work, I usually want a motorbike design due to how one sits. When driving extreme the fear of spinal injury or damage from the sitting position is my concern.

    • Or drive within your skillset and within the limits of the vehicle , if you want engineering to keep you safe its probably time to consider whether you should or shouldn't driving . Its pretty specific injury so I don't know if you attempting to appear intelligent , because nobody in thier right mind would get in a vehicle and push the envelope of its handling without first exploring what it can and can't do , you wouldn't push the extremes like that , you only push the limits of anything once you have become familiar with said vehicle although I'd say that's universal law that applies to life in general . You would be fool and complacent otherwise surely ? .it's how experienced skilled drivers get killed they believe that thier skillset will over come any equipment limitation in the moment believing that the reason they are still alive is because they are great and when great drivers and risk takers number is up .when it can be avoided .

    • @@ThomasDoubting5 you are inexperienced and fd in the head! Most injuries go oops!, and some style of happening. A dirt bike has over ten inches of suspension and is designed for bumps and jumps. Routine jarring of the spine will add up!!!!! Regardless of the amount of suspension. There’s statistics over this and a body can only take so much. Regardless of experience oops and the unpredictable is always there. Even driving down the highway in a normal car rules against you in statistics and happenings. Now fun is fun until it changes. There’s endless crash data to say it’s unavoidable. Either way think what you want, I prefer dirt bikes.

  • Is it possibel to build it to the R model? Because the R model is narrower about 20 cm (182 cm), what would give that Car more useabilitiy on different Tracks and trails.

    • @@all_out_of_bubble_gum UK is still a kit cars paradise :) There is a company in Lithuania that helps to register it in UK for 1000Eur. All of the home made cars in LT was registered this way. They change plates to LT plates after that. If you would be interested, we can continue the discussion privately.
