  • Really really nice chashu slices, a little bit thicker than most but I appreciate it that way. Sounds stupid but I also really like how he places the noodles in the bowl. I think his presentation is awesome and I wouldn't have expected to see this on a food stall. If I ever go to Japan and end up in that part of the country I'll need to stop and have a taste of it on my own for sure! :)
