tbh i just wish they added a pint of black color into her hexes like in wandavision, cause i think they got bored and decided to remove the black color, if you look closely in the beginning of the movie you can see there was black color. But all in all the effects was good.

In 6:01 you can see Scarlet Witch's true form. The Darkhold didn't take over her being like Agatha, it tool over her heart. Which is shown when she escapes the mirror dimension; all the magic is seeped into her chest

It's clearly shown in the end scene wherein she destroyed the Darkhold Temple, realizing what it has done to her.

Of course it still darkened her heart heart but it did so in the same manner owning a gun poisons the mind of someone suicidal. She was more or less already going insane from the moment she lost Pietro in Age of Ultron. Ever single devastation after that was just another stone being thrown at her already fragile psyche. It should be noted people who have powers that are based on emotion like her are also extremely more emotionally sensitive The dark hold itself didn't turn her evil, it just enabled her mind to seek peace (in the form of her sons) and as her deteriorating mental health just found ever way to excuse her immoral actions

I just noticed this after rewatching this one scene for weeks. But the scarlet which actually has a natural reflective shield around her when she’s attacking kamartaj. If you focus on her waste when she blowing up the first cannon you’ll see it shining on her waste whenever an arrow strikes her and she doesn’t even have to focus on it, I always thought she just had great intuition and focused really hard on where they were hitting her and then striked back when she had any moment she could. (Which I’m sure she already has a great intuition and could do that even if she didn’t have that natural caccoon of a shield :))

I prefered the effects they had for her towards the end of wandavision with the dark reds too instead of the white and red it made her look villainous and all in all just looked cooler in my opinion

Yeah, that kind effects from Wandavision resembles perfectly her magic as Chaos Magic because they looked so chaotic And here at least we have a more accurate color, here her powers are more scarlet color like wine I believe this happened because Sam Raimi didn't watch Wandavision so he didn't care about minor visual details, this made him make some errors

performance and all, I just wished the Scarlet Witch vs Kamar Taj battle was more epic- visually speaking. All they did was fire some magical canon and throw some arrows and Wanda just threw some explosives. Was hopinh some DS1 visuals or some Thanos x Strange Titan battle but nah. *No Sorcerer Supreme Wong vs The Scarlet Witch.* (Wong was 80% useless and just wanda's personal ragdoll) *No Doctor Strange vs Wanda.* (i get that they're establishing her to be more OP than Strange but dangg they couldve at least write and direct him to fight back at least and not just kissing the floor everytime they meet) *No elder sorcerers againts the myth and the terror of the Scarlet Witch.* (Raimi gave a quick focus on the elders when the SW was mentioned yet after that, they've never been seen again.) *No astral projecting battle between Strand and Wanda* (we saw in WV post credits that for the first we've seen an MCU character able to master controling their astral projection WHILE being concious. Strange and Wong would've had the biggest gag of their lives when they attemp to separate her soul and Wanda would just pull an evil smile. )

And for me this movie is not even "that" madness, i get it now why Lizzie hate Wanda character development in this movie, she's already made peace with herself in WandaVision, so she doesn't need this. If you focus on her waste when she blowing up the first cannon you’ll see it shining on her waste whenever an arrow strikes her and she doesn’t even have to focus on it, I always thought she just had great intuition and focused really hard on where they were hitting her and then striked back when she had any moment she could. (Which I’m sure she already has a great intuition and could do that even if she didn’t have that natural caccoon of a shield :))

I prefered the effects they had for her towards the end of wandavision with the dark reds too instead of the white and red it made her look villainous and all in all just looked cooler in my opinion
Yeah, that kind effects from Wandavision resembles perfectly her magic as Chaos Magic because they looked so chaotic And here at least we have a more accurate color, here her powers are more scarlet color like wine I believe this happened because Sam Raimi didn't watch Wandavision so he didn't care about minor visual details, this made him make some errors

the way they displayed the different types of powers for each magic user is just incredible editing work. the gothic romanticness of wanda’s witch powers. the mechanicality of dr. strange and his sorcery. the striking physicality of america’s dimensional powers. my fav part of this movie

performance and all, I just wished the Scarlet Witch vs Kamar Taj battle was more epic- visually speaking. All they did was fire some magical canon and throw some arrows and Wanda just threw some explosives. Was hopinh some DS1 visuals or some Thanos x Strange Titan battle but nah. *No Sorcerer Supreme Wong vs The Scarlet Witch.* (Wong was 80% useless and just wanda's personal ragdoll) *No Doctor Strange vs Wanda.* (i get that they're establishing her to be more OP than Strange but dangg they couldve at least write and direct him to fight back at least and not just kissing the floor everytime they meet) *No elder sorcerers againts the myth and the terror of the Scarlet Witch.* (Raimi gave a quick focus on the elders when the SW was mentioned yet after that, they've never been seen again.) *No astral projecting battle between Strand and Wanda* (we saw in WV post credits that for the first we've seen an MCU character able to master controling their astral projection WHILE being concious. Strange and Wong would've had the biggest gag of their lives when they attemp to separate her soul and Wanda would just pull an evil smile. )

I don't like the way they changed the colors of wanda's power. Its just all red. In wandavision the chaos magic has black tints to it and dark red. But in MoM it's all just plain red with white hue
