    • The issue with high low's car wasn't the turbos or how they did it, it was the fact that the turbos were on those engines to begin with, the VQ's found in Nissan Z's have relatively high compression to start and when you add a little very small amount of boost it can be fine but any boost drastically shortens the life of those engines unless you do rods and pistons at the least

  • Just bought my first turbo car and first 4 banger in over 20 years. It’s been v8’s only since I was in my early 20’s. I’m really enjoying the boosted motor. It’s a lot of fun and I’m already tossing parts at the car. Got downpipe, CAI, 67mm throttle body, turbo blanket, strut tower brace. Next is new intercooler and full exhaust and tune and e85!
