There is no place I love more than the European Alps! Enjoy this travel guide across the most incredible destinations in the Alps. From Switzerland's alpine villages, the Italy's Dolomites, there's no place more magical than the Alps. This is one of my favorite videos I've ever made, and I can't wait to share it with you!   • As one who spent many Summers hiking around Switzerland, I would say my favorite place is Interlacken for hiking, followed by Zermat and Lucerne for city life, culture and cruising the lakes.

  • Love the collection! Though Allgäu might be my favourite ;) it’s all great stuff. Your content on Seceda and the Dolomites really inspired me to go there this past summer and it totally lived up to the hype.   • Great video! So many cities and beautiful places! All the travels go in circles. I rode around Asia, spelling out a parabola on one of the hemispheres of our planet. In short, a circumnavigation is just a curious person's way back home. And I learned one thing...never save for something you can't replicate.

  • Thank you for this! In the early stages of planning a comprehensive trip through the entirety of the Alps from France-Slovenia and Italy-Germany (already done much of the Tour du Mt. Blanc), and these 30 suggestions will definitely make it to the list. Maybe when I return to Zermatt I'll have better weather (it snowed there when I was there in late August).

    • @@RyanShirley Yup, but it still fun taking the train up and walking around the area (and got a glimpse of The Matterhorn for a couple seconds). Also want to return to the Lake Bled area in Slovenia and the area above Bolzano in Italy. I (and my feet) like the idea of day hikes vs. the multi-day Tour du Mt. Blanc, so I'm sure a return to Chamonix is also in the cards.

    • @@RyanShirley Haha, it's fine! For the dolomites you showed most of them (seceda, seiser alm, tre cime where my favs). For Austria I need to catch up, even tho I'm living here. My favs so far where: dachstein, nockalm, schneeberg and the mountains around murau (steiermark). But got some good ideas, where to head next now, thanks! ☺

  • I always wanted to go to Berchtesgaden. Did you know there’s a legend surrounding the Watzmann? In the legend he was a cruel king, who was turned into stone along with his wife and children… that’s why the peaks are shaped so uniquely.

    • I've been in Berchtesgaden in the summer 2021, it's so beautiful. Königssee, Ramsau, Hintersee, Obersee, Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall or Freilassing are beautiful! Thats my secret recommodation. Greetings from North Bavaria
