It was ok up until you put body filler on dents w/o working the metal. That tank was no where close to being ready for filler, let alone primer or paint.

Made the same mistake with my car. You started painting the gas tank without preparing properly. It will rust in a month or two. Still awesome job.

Oh jeesus... you need a pressure regulator. So you can adjust the paint gun
You can pinch the air supply line as temporary solution to controlling pressure. Slow down the speed of paint strokes to keep paint application from being too “dry”. Otherwise keep at it to develop your technique. Interesting vids.

@@petr1sh это ещё может быть восход 2. Вилка, головка, бак. А вот крышка бака, да) мы все такую искали) это сборная. Ну это не меняет сути, это один и тот же мотоцикл. И гильза обальная, это тоже Ковровец. Год выпуска расставил бы все точки, но там наверное уже нет таблички под вилкой

I really hate to say, but the paint job,... I`m sorry ... not very good... The reason (as an inexperienced viewer) the finish before the paint applied wasn`t perfectly smooth... But I respect the efforts. If I was the owner and painter, I wouldn`t give a damn about what the viewers think and say.

Сборная салянка. Передняя вилка , переднее колесо и головка цилиндра от Восход 3 ( 3м ) , а остальное Восход 2 ( 2М ). Ну и ущербный карбюратор - к 62 ( 65).
