Next time you build something like this, may I suggest you use bearings on the suspension arms. The threaded rods you used will wear down surprisingly quickly, particularly as they're a stressed member. Looks like a fun piece of kit 😉👍🏻

Looks good. Didn't see what the extending frame at the back was for, you mounted the brake light on it, what does it do. Never use threaded rod as a pivot, it only makes contact on the sharp, knife point peaks, it has to be smooth rod, preferable able to grease it too.

Buono il lavoro e la tecnica per realizzarlo , sono daccordo nell'utilizzo dei cuscinetti dove metti le barre filettate , volevo dirti pero' che a me sembra che l'altezza da terra sia troppo poca se trovi un sasso o una cunetta tocchi sicuramente il fondo e poi secondo me la posizione di guida andrebbe raddrizzata si vede dal video che per quidare sei curvo e in fuoristrada non va benissimo....comunque ottimo lavoro provero' a farlo anche io....grazie

front wheels have severe negative camber. Thus while you are driving in a straight line or accelerating give extra attention to the vehicle because it could be extremely unstable. And also, since this vehicle is an off-road vehicle, having a positive camber angle will provide a more comfortable steering control.

I'm considering a project like this, please could you explain what negative and positive chamber is? And how to fix it?
@@gabrielalejandroverapinto1974 Do a search for "positive v negative camber" and look at a few images... with negative camber, the top of the tires tip in towards the centerline and the wheels are bowed out, and positive is the opposite. Several ways to address the issue, depending on where you are in the design/build/use cycle.
This man has proven that the best skills to have are the Mental skills of planning and mathematics.
But I didn't take into account one rule..the frame of any machine must be smooth and precise in its dimensions..since there will be an imbalance and vibration if they do not match ..and there will be a lot of shaking ...at high speeds.

Is something with a chassis made with square structural 1040 or 1060 steel suited for a vehicle? is even possible register something like this?
If you're looking to build something street legal, different countries and different jurisdictions will have different rules you have to abide by that may include minimum strength and stress requirements. A true answer I give you for my region may not apply to you, and so on - call whatever office in your region that licenses and registers vehicles for street use if that's what you're looking for. If you want to stay off-road on private property, those rules generally won't apply - but my advice is to always overbuild something for whatever you think you're going to need to do with it. Better to have it "too" strong than too weak.

hi ! I have a question . I build trike bike from the 180 cc motorcyle but I didnt use differential cause of that . I cant turning easily . and ı watched your video you to dıdnt use differential but you turning easily can you explain this how ?
Solid axle and big power makes it easier to break tires loose. Your drift trike has too much traction for the power you have. Try some harder tires or use drift sleeves. Honda ATC trikes had same issue. Riders learned to use body weight to lift the tire as needed for tight turns

как ведёт себя задний мост - без обгонных муфт и дифференциала? - не ломает ли на асфальтовом покрытии дороги? - езда в режиме "блокировки" плохо кончается для резины покрышек...
Насчёт этого не знаю,но такая система много где применяется,на картинг лично ставил,без обгонных муфт и прочего,все хорошо

2 things. the pillow blocks on the swing arm and axel go on the botton not the top. and the exhaust is in a extremly bad place. if you ever bottom out you will snap it off and destroy the motor.
