  • I've been hitting deadlifts twice /week going by feel on reps. You can't get bored or stagnant really. There's so many different variations of it and they all help with the original deadlift. I have deadlifts behind back planned for today. Great video brother

  • 10:00 I agree with that statement. I used rack pulls a lot when I first started out despite people giving me crap for it. Got tto a 405 deadlift within my first 6 months of training. I don't use them much anymore. Closing in on 7 plates now conventional.

  • This looks verrrry similar to the disabled powerlifting style of deadlift. Would love to see you collab with a paralympic athlete, since Powerlifting is actually in the Paralympics (even though it isn't in the Olympics) ...although a bencher, Ali Jawad would be a great shout.

  • Great to see Juji and Boogz back at it. This is funny. My buddy and I started messing around with seated deadlifts a while ago and I always felt like they felt great for the back. If you lower the seat a bit it takes it out of the lower back and puts it in the mid/upper. Also doing power shrugs from there can feel pretty awesome.

You should be having serious thoughts about quitting the gym forever on the last 3rd of every set on that diabolical fucking machine. God i fucking love/hate it so much.
