  • Brad McLeod? A legend. Didn’t make BUDs first time due to some math test. Went back off on a ship. Trained like heck. Came back to BUDs, and owned it. We could all learn to sack it up and learn from this man!

  • This program is amazing. Bice reminds me of myself when i joined the marines. 30lbs overweight and 0 prep for boot camp. i struggled for 12 weeks, lost 50lbs and never gave in. constantly got smoked by the DI's and always the brunt of the jokes but i never gave up. when i graduated it was the most emotional i have ever been. i hope Bice went on to great things.

  • As a 33 year career lineman this video was amazingly inspirational. These SEALS drove home the meaning of teamwork and being accountable. We work with a very dangerous product that has no forgiveness. SEALS know all about operating in an unforgiving environment. Congrats to all of them for digging deep and 'securing'.

Been coasting along in life with very little purpose. Well that will change. I will work and learn both programs to be the best I can be and leave a legacy that I have impacted people positively and leave a good light behind. Hooya!

  • That training will make you realize the reality of your personality and wash away your ego that will make you humble and realize your limitation, will build your self-respect and respect to other, and will make you a better leader to make your team or group work as one. That's what military training does, not for people to be a robot, but for the team to think and work as one committed to accomplish objectives safely and efficiently.

    @cbrantley65@cbrantley655 жыл бұрын
    • Unfortunately there are some people who are content on just being. Just being average. I agree with you... This course would make everyone... Even the quilters.. become a better person. They then know that they can push past what they are comfortable with.

      @dawnkeener9836@dawnkeener98362 жыл бұрын
  • This shows how dedication wins all. It's absolute commitment, talent and having the drive for a team that makes you realize the ultimate goal. Quitting is the easy candidate. But, the coaches give you time to think it through, which makes one hell of a difference. I want watch it again and see how success can be drained from someone. Congs to the enduring lady.

  • A couple of thoughts: 1) Those who comment in a negative way have no concept of team building and performing both a team and personal gut check. Congrats to ALL graduates. 2) I'm actually ashamed of these graduates who allowed the female to flail around the back of the team at team picture time instead of allowing her to be more "part of" the team. She ultimately stood outside the "coach" instead of being part of the team. Big shocker. 3) This was voluntary. I'm pretty sure they had a "basic" concept of what they were signing up for. Six years in the US Navy (nuclear subs) taught me a lot of things with one of them being NAVY: Never Again Volunteer Yourself.

These similarities to War are FALSE. There is NOTHING that can compare to that experience. But as far as leadership and other skills, this is absolutely awesome.
