  • His hairstyle can be easily explained...he's balding on top so he's growing it long and combing it towards the middle and forward. And why the unkempt, uncombed look? His hair is probably thinning all over in general. This is his way of giving the illusion of more volume and more hair

    • He wasn't balding at that time and now that he is he hasn't restyled to hide it. I saw pictures of him when he was 5 on some ITV documentary before the election with basically the same hair, I don't think he was balding back then
