Cecil afrika made me fall in love with the game of sevens and made me gain a keen interest in South African rugby in general. The absolute goat. If you ever read this Cecil, you are the man and deserve every accolade you get and more. Great work also luke with the channel. Love watching wales play as well when it clicks for them. Top video Luke! fantastic for personal training with a single of two players. there's some good Japanese stuff out there but this is the best explained and practical to implement, I've seen regards stepping. Thanks.
