After watching it countless times I realized there's no such thing as a "better" Spider-man. All 3 movie versions were unique. Many people diss Tom Holland's Spidey for being basically Iron boy, but it's just different take on him. Since his origin story was beaten up to endless boredom in the other 2 versions this is a fresh new look for him, having a kind of a father figure in the eyes of Tony.
You are right, this is just the MCU adaptation. They did prove that Peter can stand on his own two legs in the first and second without iron man in one and with out his tech in another. Although I love the Raimi and Webb films to death and I still think Raimi's films were the best adaptations of the comics. You cannot deny that the MCU films are good and at least entertaining films to watch. My problems with the MCU films are that it can't decide whether or not to be high school comedy sitcoms or a hero's journey but you said it yourself this is the MCU's adaptation, and the MCU movies have to attempt to kinda appeal to everyone

Not really. Karen said that at 0:49 and the elevator completely fell at 3:15 before Peter stopped the fall. That’s a time duration of about 146 seconds, meaning Karen was 21 seconds off. Yes, I spent WAY too much time on this.

This scene 0:49 proved that spiderman's wall climbing isnt absolute since it will also need some time to stick properly and the sound made me feel i was climbing the tower too and yeah my hands and feet got moisture so this was probably one of the scenes where it makes you feel like your also doing it (sorry if my grammar is bad, English isnt my first language)

I get that some people say "they got superheroes in this world in spandex suits, and the police can't seem to understand a superhero is trying to save lives?!" It is frustrating that the police seem too dumb to work together with superheroes. But we gotta remember too that in their world not every person with super powers is a superhero - there are super villains in their world too. At the moment, all they knew was there was an emergency inside the monument and a super powered person is there. And that super powered person isn't someone they recognized - i.e not an apparent member of Avengers. And being their line of work, they have to deal with criminals wherever they go and the first thing they thought is that this wall climbing person is a suspect for why the incident happened, and he could be doing more harm if they don't do something. Of course, this was all a false assumption; but I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.

Hate to break it to you, but the safety systems are most likely working. The clamps would brake the elevator even if there is no power (which is why they say don't go to the elevator during a fire)

This dates me, but I still remember the tv show Spider-Man back in the 70’s and they had a stuntman climbing on a building with a wire as they pulled him up and he was flaying his arms and it was so unbelievable. I remember someone saying that super hero movies could not really be made until they perfected CG. The only exception was Linda Carter and Bill Bixby since those shows were more about the non superhero they played
