For once i want Ineos to take a different route and clear the players first then look at the manager, we’ve done this for years now get rid of the manager cause everyone claim they’re not coaches then a year later they give an interview mentioning the problems at United and all of a sudden people start saying we shouldn’t have sacked Jose or Ole etc. same bullshit is happening right now with Ten Hag
Getting rid of the lot including ETH is a much better plan , and is infact what will happen, he will stay till after the cup final and then sacked and rightly so.

I don't think people realize that even if a new manager comes in there won't be an immediate clearout of the players because they will up their game again and the appointed manager will give them the benefit of the doubt again, until the going gets tough and they'll fold and throw him under the bus as well. Probably in a season or two. Let's us embrace the pain and give Erik ten Hag the benefit of the doubt and the opportunity to build the team to play the way he wants. If the youth team are executing his football template then we should be patient. Things will fall into place with the right backing and support.

Its his 2nd season come on, we had a good first season, we wanted to increase tempo this season but other things ruined the plans (injuries and lucklsuter perfomance) and now we just sack the manager? Hows that for backing? Arteta didn't do anything concrete in his first or second but look where they are 4 seasons later . Patience!

The cold truth is that the players are mediocre, and over-hyped; while Ten Hag (McLaren and Fletcher) have proved to be inept in terms of management and coaching. So if there is to be a clear-out (and that may not happen) then it must be an entire removal.

Fix the back room staff , get all the executives first , and get new coaches that are needed, e.g., set pieces, defence, and passing. Create a plan like steps one, two, and three for transfers ( for example: sell old / not good enough players and get a group of player balance of senior pro and young player to build a title wining team. During this process, we must access the manager and find the right profile. We should not rush this process.
We can make a team out of Ten Hag’s signing, except for a RB. Put that team on paper and see how average it is. Onana RB, Evans, Martinez, Malacia Amrabat, Casimero Antony, Erickson, Mount Hojlund Average, injury prone, old players. He has signed a whole team and still can’t implement a style of play. I am done backing this guy.
Well spoken! Martinez is very good.. but his body is not suited for the Premier League. It's very strange that ETH was allowed to bring players from Ajax. It's very lazy and very bad for team dynamic.
Most of those players were not his first choice. He wanted kin min jae, de Jong, osmihen/nunez, gakpo. And casemiro and martinez were our best players last season. If u rlly think he wanted Evans or amrabat u need to give your head a wobble😊

For all the fans who wants the players cleared out before judging Ten hag 😂. United CANNOT clear all the underperforming players at once because it will take 3-5 windows to do so and even if the players are terrible, it is Ten hag’s job to make the players better but as long as results remain this bad then the easiest position to change is the managerial position and INEOS won’t allow the run of bad results keep happening for another year without consequences. Ten Hag will be the first to leave at the end of the season or mid next season.
Chelsea cleared out over ten players last summer and managed to mug us off for Mount in the process. We should be able to do the same. Zero excuses. Ineos must deliver.

Picking out one wrong decision - what's the point?, there have been so many wrong and/or non-decisions made by them. They "rested on their laurels", but never had any laurels to actually rest on after SAF left!
People are really underestimating how much Martínez, Varane, Shaw, and Dalot not playing together as a consistent back line is throwing off the entire team. Rashford, for example, has been massively negatively impacted by not having Shaw overlapping him and having a naturally left footed player to not only combine with him but also free up space to allow him to cut inside and actually have separation to shoot.

Because this same song and dance has been happening every 12-18 months under Moyes, Van Gaal, Mourinho, Ole, Rangnick, and now Ten Hag for over a decade now. The players are given far too much far too soon and they think they are bigger than any one manager. The real issue INEOS need to address is completely destroying player power at the club and creating real discipline and professionalism within the club.
We need quality young players 23/27year olds no point buying 30year old players and giving them 4 year contracts

We need Morten Hjulmund, if we want to get the best out of Mainoo. He reminds me of Carrick, but more defensive minded. I think Carrick was a slightly better passer. But Hjulmund has elite reaction time and tackling ability. He doesn't give the opponent an inch and he is fast, physical and tall. He ticks every box for what this United team need. Everywhere the opponent turns, Hjulmund is there. I remember Emanuel Petit at Arsenal, he was an absolute nightmare and pest to play against. He always managed to get a tackle or block in. This guy in my opinion would be the same.

For me, Olise looked determined to make sure he put in a good performance. He looked desperate to impress Man United. I would love to see him play for us. He is going to become one on the best players in the league. He just oozes class. He is that good, he can have fun on the pitch. He was easily the best player on the pitch for both teams by a distance.
