Junkyard Treasure Hunt are my favorite videos! You never know what you'll find! I'd love to recycle all the paper, but you probably don't have time for that. I wonder what you'll buy with the change? Chocolate cup cakes? *(more hunts please, every 10 to 15 days)
I know you haven't given away much on you tube but you should think about having some kind of contest every 6 months or so & give away the junk yard treasures that you don't give your kids. Damn near everybody on you tube gives away something as it brings in new subscribers & viewers. But no matter what you do with YOUR treasures we will continue to watch the Adventures..
Are you interested in getting rid of iphones thank you much
Do you still have that iphone from the nissan
@@summerpincock5872 hey buddy I've just ask him for them two phones so ur late
Wear gloves when digging around in these nasty cars....
Fr like just why when i go to the junkyard i put on gloves
Stick resistant gloves
😂😂😂😂😂 what’s gloves I’s never heard of dem
Yes always wear gloves. You never know what kinds of Nasty stuff are in there. You can get all types if germs. Germs can live anywhere and have been around for a long time.
So many people has caught bunch of disease when digging through thrash without gloves. Most people has got the peeing ethics wrong. Urine is clean and sterile if you don’t have an infection. Thus the right way is to wash your hands before peeing and not after. Wash twice if you are more comfortable. Imagine what germs you bring to your penis with your dirty hands
Some call it click bait but I call it a guy in Kansas with a boring job making his boring job interesting. Silas you are a genius imo!
Boring job??. More like spoiled job!!🙄
⌛
Love that you said you had someone that works for you that likes that stuff, that you're going to give it to him and he can make some money or whatever. That's genuine and awesome, don't many people think of others like that these days and often it means everything.
Do you know Jesus Christ can set you free from sins and save you from hell today Jesus Christ is the only hope in this world no other gods will lead you to heaven There is no security or hope with out Jesus Christ in this world come and repent of all sins today Today is the day of salvation come to the loving savior Today repent and do not go to hell Come to Jesus Christ today Jesus Christ is only way to heaven Repent and follow him today seek his heart Jesus Christ can fill the emptiness he can fill the void Heaven and hell is real cone to the loving savior today Today is the day of salvation tomorrow might be to late come to the loving savior today Romans 6.23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. John 3:16-21 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. Mark 1.15 15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Hebrews 11:6 6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Jesus
Nothing more satisfying than the sound of smashing glass
I heard it almost every night outside my window in the Tenderloin, SF 1988
Cool finds Silas! Nothing beats free lol, glad you had fun rumbling in those cars for treasures! Thanks again
*rummaging
Hope he paid for it. People like him destroys the fun for those who eventually buys these cars
@@blardymunggas6884 Those cars are junk. Only worth their weight in scrap. He even mentioned crushing them at one point this video
@@zachmdful One man’s junk is another man’s treasure. Leave some fun for other treasure hunters who is actually paying for stuff

$25.00. ,! Must have been a gift that someone never used. Great video Silas. Loved it!
Cool junk yard treasure hunt , love finding tools & change 👍 👍 👍 👍
Russ I watched the hole video don't tease me with weapons and show none
Going through fresh cars was always fun to do. Wonder if anyone ever sees THEIR car on these videos? 😳😲😲
I haven’t seen one of my cars on his video, but I have went to a local pick n pull yard and seen one of my old vehicles there
This was probably the best junkyard treasure hunt yet. And you always make them more fun 🤣😅😂thank you 😇
I’m glad it’s the one I watched
Silas! In the back seat with the watch, you passed right over a quarter! Slow your roll Silas, you're passing up stuff ☺️🤣😂
I’ve gone full circle from “Christmas in July” with die hard. To “happy Fourth of July in December” with you!
Keep checking bank envelopes. About a year ago I bought a bunch of boxes full of misc. for $1 each at an auction. Got them home going threw first one. There was an old bank faded envelope laying on top. I picked it up was gonna toss it the trash. It felt funny kinda heavy when I threw it in trash. I picked it out of the trash. It had 5 $100 bills in it. All looked new and uncirculated dated 1986.
You might check a local animal shelter , they will take old blankets and towels , for dawgs to sleep on ...
I found $700.00 in a bank envelope once under the mat in the back of a Miata in the yard at work.(of course I kept it, I'm not stupid.) This is the first time anyone beside myself has heard about it.
you know that was a brothers cadillac for sure!!!!!lol
Bros.
@@JohnShinn1960 lol yup!!
Always love the treasure hunt’s good finds Thanks for sharing
Silas, consider getting one of those water cooler jugs and tossing all your found coins into it. With what you've been harvesting, it should fill up pretty well and amount to a nice slice of cash, once it's redeemed.
You have the best job around and you are able to get treasures every time you get a different vehicle, sweet
good finds,, , remindes me of my younger days as a Parts Puller at a Yard in FL,,50 some odd years ago
Good finds Cy! These treasure hunts are my favorite of yours!
I really like these serched you do. It is fun to watch you go thru each car and reap the rewards.
My favorite find was the Panda Expess Card! And you found enough money to take the whole family!!
only thing I like more than Generals chicken is more Generals chicken !
"Remember " no, I don't remember, hahah😅😂😅😂, the best quote of the day.
Great treasure hunt, Silas!!! Can't say I had a favorite, but the ammo sure made me curious. The best for sure is all the money you found.
Treasure hunt was fun to watch. Lucky day for you.
Always a fun time, Silas Great haul of cash y'all found too. Take care, my friend. Until next time.
Great video!! I love it when you dig through the cars! You never know what you will find and that is all in the fun of the hunt!!
I love going to the junkyard looking for parts and looking at junkyard stuff.
You can buy the cross punched pennies online !
Remember to check every owner’s Manual’s for MAD money. Slip a couple of twenties in the book for emergencies!
Definately the yellow lizard, you have to stick him, somewhere in the cab of your loader....
I phone 11 car had a blunt wrap I bet there's other goodies look underseat
Car Treasure Hunt and "Jerky Time" Lunch Time - ha-ha-ha ! You found nearly 50 Bucks of Small Change and all Kinds of Goodies - we love that little Yellow Lizard and the Frog Ring - You done really well - You should do these Treasure Hunts more often - they are lots of Fun and You never know what You may find ! One Card had 25 Dollars on it - well as You said - You will eat well Tonight ! Many Cheers from us in Australia !!!!
Thanks Silas, for the great content, that you found in these junk cars! Enjoy your dog treats!!
Its fun rummaging thru junk cars. I worked at several car dealerships . Some people didnt clean anything out when they traded it in. Junk yards are a blast too. Cool vids.
I love watching you look into these cars. The bikes usually have super great engines!!! Wish I was there. I’d check those out. I love small great 2 cycle or 4 cycle motorcycle engines
My uncle Gus ran a junkyard. it was fun to go hang out with him. We found cool stuff, like a pocket knife lose change a cheap watch!
I haven't heard motorcycles called "motor sickles" in a long time. Thanks for the laugh!
That's what everyone calls them here. Do people say "bye cycle" or "bye sickle" where you are? Just curious
@@AdventuresMadeFromScratch In Deep East Texas dirt roads we call bicycles "nut busters" unless you are riding a girl's bike. We also call trunk lids on cars "turtle hulls". We have to clean the owl poop off of the clocks to see what time it is.
I only say it that way when I'm not in the mood for a pickle.
Great video, I really like your treasure hunt videos. I agree with you the phones are the cool items on today's finds. That anti freeze was a good find, and those jumper cables like you said they are light duty, but I cut the clamps off and use the longer ones for speaker wire, they seem to carry the signal well from the amp to the speakers. Sure was glad your video came up on my feed tonight, not much else interesting on.other channels.
In the 70's we traveled three states with a portable crusher for several years. I've looked through many vehicles. Other than small change, tire irons, jacks, the occasional tool, nothing exciting. Generally, the local junkyard employees clean out everything. Especially coins and bills.
Silas! You left that penny on that floor mat that was on the back seat! You got all the other change, but you forgot that lonely penny lol 🤣
Silas, I really enjoyed the treasure hunt video especially seeing how you made out like a pirate. Next time you do one of these videos looking for hidden treasure take an old pair of salad tongs with you to help with picking through the trash without the risk of having to handle a lot of sticky items or getting stuck with a needle or something sharp. I still can't believe that someone left those phones and money in that car as well as all the other stuff you found. Take care of yourself Silas and stay safe. 😀👍👍👍👏👏👏
So all those survival games where I find ammo in the car weren't lying lmao
I don’t have a time for a slim jim may be the best line I ever heard. 😂
Outstanding show Silas, always a pleasure.
No offense, but it was kinda sad seeing the Saturn there. WatchJRGo did a video on that exact one only it was white with a manual. Good cars to have in Kansas as they have fiberglass body panels. Worked on one myself before selling it to a good friend. Anyways, I think this is the best junkyard treasure hunting video you've done! Big scores on everything! I'd save the pillow and the cassettes though!
Anticipatory excitement certainly is relevant, but I can't help but feel sad for all the individuals involved who got their ride compromised. Great unique content as always, sir!
I seen my old ford ranger
@@JoshyMoshthe red one?
@@Valdemar-Perez-III yes first one
On the motorcycle you need to check the battery box. My buddy bought a cycle from a salvage yard and in the battery box was two one hundred dollar bills in a baggie. Must have been stashed for breakdown money. Tool box.
Next time for the change you find in the cars might be a good idea to have a jar or a coffee can to put all your Spoils of War in I mean the money
Great finds silas enjoyed your treasure hunt 🤘
I always like treasure hunting 😊👍👍👍👍🌎🌞
Tip for the lug socket, put a radiator clamp around it to strengthen it
I live in Canada and im so glad that we got rid of the penny so now we just round it out to the nearest 5 cents so if you were looking through junk cars here the smallest you will find is a nickel.
👍👌😁 Oh WOW! Simply fantastic! Congrats! If the iPhones are any good and with the catalytic converter, all this together is worth quite a lot. Thanks a lot for making teaching explaining recording editing uploading and sharing. Best regards luck and health to all of you.
I love how he just throws the empty beer cans aside in that Nissan🤣
I worked at junkyard. Didn’t get many chances to look for stuff. The boss did that. The tires and tank had to be removed. That was my job. So we got in a older truck with gas tank behind set. While removing tank. I found an old glass Folgers jar full of silver half dollars. Good day 👌
🤫
What a score! Hope you kept it and didnt tell the bossman!
Not me finding this video way too late, lol. I needed that steering wheel in that particular shade of crown Vic blue 😂
U rock I love your channel or shows every day home from work in my van in the drive way before going in to the house I check if u have a new video and I'll watch it all keep doing what u do and may God bless u and your famile❤
amazing stuff left in cars
15:09 You missed the ash tray under the lighter socket! 😂😂
In one of the trucks you didn't think you could get into the centre console under the cup holders... the two nodules on either side at the front, should either push in; or pull/slide out and release the upper panel and reveal a storage area underneath...as far as I am aware...! 😉👍
Some vapes can cost hundreds of dollars, you might want to check them out a little more if they seem like they're not disposable.
good finds, miss these videos, good to see one, take care
A lot of these vehicles come from impound yards when owners don’t pick them up, they get scrapped to the junkyard. I use to work for a towing company, and after 30 days, they wouldn’t pick it up that they were sent to the junkyard along with whatever contents were inside
Don’t know why but I really like watching your video’s. I guess growing up in 60’s, like the look of older cars and trucks, even though I’m female, was always attracted to older cars.
Black Nissan ex owner was a toker 😂🤣
I find the money most interesting but I am a gun guy and 45 is my favorite. The stuff people leave in their cars just boggles the mind. 👍
Damn can’t believe how filthy the interiors are on some of those cars. Suppose it says a lot about the owner. Cool stuff in todays hunt. 🇦🇺🇦🇺
Thanks for sharing these video's. Something else you can do with things like the new cheap jumper cable's is donate them to some place and ask for a receipt your a business man would make for a good tax write off. Now I realize 1 cheap set doesn't add up to much but you can donate enough stuff in a years time to make it worth something
Free bullets = good find!, I found a Amazon gift card on the ground at the gas station, expecting to have a Bible verses on the back side , but no had a scratch off so I did checked on my account entered the numbers and bam 100 dollars added to my account! Do I feel for the person who lost it yes, but OH WELL , YOU NEED TO GUARD THESE LIKE CASH!
That Ford Ranger looks nice enough to put a new bedside on it and sell it. I just sold my dad's 2003 Ranger 2wd single cab for 14,000. It had 39,000 miles on it. Those things are going for stupid money now.
You made out pretty good. Thank you for sharing.
You mentioned having to be careful about addresses reminded me.. a little while ago I was rifling through CR-Vs at the pick and pull, hunting for that CRV table, and I found a full copy of someone's TAX RETURNS! Address, SSN, full thing. Wild what people leave behind.
you should take off all the embloms that would be kind of a cool collection
Just moved & I could use those wire hangars!
Great video kind of stuff I used to do when I was a kid playing in the scrapyard you need to pull the cases off the phones because people keep notes behind them I do it myself
You’re lucky to own your own junkyard! You own all those cars and that’s so cool you can do whatever you want with them went they come in for free!
Man I feel bad for that Nissan driver that didn't get a chance to clear out his car before getting sent off, but hey you got lucky 😋
They have 30 days to get their stuff. Many people just don’t care.
Good to see you again Brother, really loved the Costa Rica Video on your other Channel.
@AdventuresMadeFromScratch Dash cubbies and glove box, look in behind them also if there's a decent amount of things in them. I've found cash 💸 that had flipped in behind lol. Only a couple of times but if there's change, there's a very GOOD chance of cash in there.
When I junk cars i usually pull out the ashtray and fill it with the fuses and relays they are always good to have laying around
I can’t help but think that the people in the Maxima may have passed. 2 Newer phones, an uncashed cheque, a ton of personal info and money. You usually get a chance to go through the car and take your belongings.
Wow dude you need an assistant for sure,,,keep up the good work...
Best thing I’ve ever found was a Thompson apc and a 1911. Jacksonville sheriff’s department took them.
My favorite is probably the sub box. The sub is junk. It’s a cheap Rockford fosgate sub. The box is probably worth $50 used in its current condition as long as there is no water damage.
Nice. Channel. Thanks !!!! Lotts. Of. Fun. Eastern. Washington.
That was fun! 🤠👍 I'll take the Panda express card over any of the other stuff. (Except the catalytic converter) Thanks Silas! 👍👍👍
always love your vids! keep it going!
That would be really interesting going on a treasure hunt in old cars just got to be careful where you stick your hands never know what's in there looks like fun
i love the diversity of your program mate . great content
1:43 oh no There’s glass in the car 🤔that your going to CRUSH 😆😆😂😂😂😂 Thanks for posting I enjoy your videos I’m a car guy Happy Sunday to everyone 😎👍❤️🤍💙🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
You done good Silas can't wait to the next Adventure treasure hunt
Great treasure finding
Suggestion...being as how u r gonna crush them I dnt knw how deep u go but u shud rip the door covers off also finger the upholstery especially under the seats also go deep into the dash pull down the glove compartment...off camera of course 😊
The punch bass box and the boss amp got to be my favorite well all the coins too only because I collect coins and I would love to look through all of them
Enjoyed the video. Growing up a friend's dad had a junk yard. We loved looking in the old wrecked cars. Will junkyards allow treasure hunting?
What .
Save the matchbooks. Matchbooks are the 2nd largest hobby right behind #1 stamps. Those matchbooks can be big money.
That red iphone is awesome it's my favorite color and always wanted a red iphone.
Hey Silas! FUN! Got to ask why you tossed the keyfob at 22:56? Even used FOBs sell pretty good on eBay and are easy to ship. No?
