Awesome build currently making one myself. Might be a tad bit smaller. His cube frame is about 14in. I'm sure I'll be happy with the size though.

That’s great! Be sure to share your progress when you’re done. Yes yours will be a little smaller than 1:1 scale but you’ll be able to fit through doors! Which will be a nice thing. Full size Wall-E is too wide to drive through standard size doors which can be a pain.

Jonas Van Aerschot my Wall-E is 1:1 scale. So he’s the full size from the movie. He is made from a mix of styrene, scratch built and some custom 3D printed parts. You can watch previous videos on my channel to see how he is made.

Bob volvo from the floor to the top of the head is about 39 inches. And he’s about 36 inches wide. And the width of the box part is about 17 inches.

Jorge Ortiz I would say phase 1 is complete. Now I’ll actually use him to make sure everything holds up. Then down the road I’ll do some upgrades. Like get the arms moving, and other small things like that. So he will never be totally “done”. But he’s done for now.
