definitely not loll, Sutton Foster is still starring in/leading shows at 49. Bette Middler was starring in Hello Dolly at age 70. I think they wanted to point out that she got her first starring role at 30, when a lot of performers have a fear of a short shelf life or never getting the lead. from the performers I know, getting that first lead/starring role is the hardest part, but you can keep a healthy career for years after that.

Because the role of Marsha is typically one played by someone a bit older than 30. But it’s also for the series
Looks like a lot of her routine is self-imposed. She probably doesn’t need to do half the stuff she’s doing.
And that’s probably why she’s on Broadway and you’re not. Only those who put in the effort not only in their work but to take care of themselves can keep up with the rigor.
