Take oatmeal, chocolate and strawberries. An amazing dessert WITHOUT sugar and WITHOUT oven. Delicious oatmeal dessert. Oatmeal recipe is quick and easy. How to cook oatmeal. We have very tasty recipes without sugar and without white flour on our channel!
1 cup (100 g) oatmeal.
Fry oatmeal over medium heat for about 7 minutes.
7 oz (200 g) sugar-free dark chocolate.
Melt the chocolate in any convenient way.
Spread evenly in a thin layer and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
10.6 oz (300 g) mascarpone, cream cheese or cottage cheese.
1 cup (240 ml) low fat cream.
2 tablespoons sweetener. I use stevia. A few drops of vanilla.
7 oz (200 g) strawberries (optional)
Leave a little for sprinkling on top.
0.63 oz (18 g) instant gelatin, pour 1/2 cup (120 ml) hot water, not boiling water.
Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
