That's the kind of power thst truly sends you to the hospital. Careful with that john you truly are a deadly weapon. Again I know power, that's terrifying ! Even a liver or gut shot from leg might be so strong the guy wouldn't gain breath again. I bet your kick on powerkube is over 180. @@jkgardinerYou would actually hit harder if you were smaller though. Power is generated primarily through speed, not mass.
@piotrkosztirko4382 ай бұрын
@piotrkosztirko438 that is absolutely rubbish. Why do heavyweight boxers hit harder than light? And the formula is mass x acceleration (speed) = power. increasing any of those numbers results in more power. (Eg. 7 x 8 is the same as 8 x 7)
@jkgardiner2 ай бұрын
@@jkgardiner Not rubbish, you're just inexperienced in this matter, as well as misinformed. What is acceleration? Speed^2 ... That means that any increase to speed is much more significant than any increase to mass. Try plugging in some numbers, you'll see. Also: I'm not comparing a heavyweight to a lightweight, so don't try making my point into a strawman argument. My point is that one and the same heavyweight could actually hit harder if he was lighter but faster. Pretty basic.
@piotrkosztirko4382 ай бұрын
@piotrkosztirko438 @piotrkosztirko438 your last statement makes no sense.. if the heavyweight was lighter he wouldn't be a heavyweight.. you're also suggesting that I don't have speed as well.. It's not a strawman argument, you said if "I" was lighter I'd hit harder. So If I was in a lower weight class you think I'd hit harder.. so you began the comparison of lighter vs heavier weight. Either way I'm fine, you carry on as you are and ill do my thing. It doesn't matter.

forget the exercises in this video, this man's body is the body of a man who goes to the gym regularly. Lots of power in his shots, but don't forget that on a moving target or one that blocks well, you won't be able to go at full power without exposing yourself. This kind of power especially allows you to impress your training partners.

stronger? kicks is about speed precision and TIMING ....strenght ...comes out of hiting your oponent when he is weakest ...then you need half strenght and you dont brake your own leg ...or fist...i'm playing smart here but thats the way it is 😅 ...if you kick in right spots you hardly even need some strenght ...its more explosiv swing then some strenght and big muscles ...most succesfull kickers dont have big muscle and weight ...it slows you down ...i'm a small skinny guy so strenght comparing to some 6+ft 2 meters high makes no sense ...gotta use what you have as advantige

I tried plyometric exercises, but after a while my joints took quite the pounding.
Master Can u share ur daily routine workout for martial arts?
I will be posting my training programme soon 👍
I didnt realise how good bands can be
What a MAN - why you are a KARATE-Fighter ? You are a "Bodybuilding Pro" !!! ;-) - What a Body !!!
Not big enough for that!
Oss
Where can I get the exact resistance band you have?
This one is from Blitzsport
#6 Is most important. I do muaythai which has power in their kicks. Simply because it has very bio-mechanic efficiency.
👍
So,how to do to kick fastly ? Please share with us ❤
More power will also mean more speed. Most importantly is to have good technique. 👍
OSS!!🦵🏻🔥
Grate workout , simple and highly effective ❤
Great exercises, although I will come back and complain if my thighs doesn't end up looking like that 😄
Add heavy squats and Romanian deadlifts to this and you'll be getting there 💪
I think he could beat Jake Paul. Good video my friend
MMA
If you want powerful kicks take ITF.
Молодец - отталкиваєшся ударной ногой от пола, 99% этого не делают. Ещё, также, при mavashi geri - для акцента, можно отталкиваться ногой от makivary (а не отводить, как это делаешь ты).
Why it seems like gravity is different for him
forget the exercises in this video, this man's body is the body of a man who goes to the gym regularly. Lots of power in his shots, but don't forget that on a moving target or one that blocks well, you won't be able to go at full power without exposing yourself. This kind of power especially allows you to impress your training partners.
Yes my physique is built in the gym with a heavy strength and hypertrophy focused training programme. These exercises are for those who want to train without access to a gym or to do in their dojos.
He's a meat head, not a martial artist. Tried having a civilized convo with him about basic power generation via speed (the whole point of his video is power generation, after all), during which he did little other than demonstrate his ignorance and ego.
Seem bodybuilding body more than martial arts body
Yes I do both... you dont need to take it as far but being stronger is always a good thing.
for squash or raquet sports is not possible to have such a mass volume to move properly , i do not know so much about martial arts , thanks @@jkgardiner
Get stronger kicks, learn Muay Thai kicking technique 😜
These would help your muay thai kicks be stronger....
You need more flexibility big boy! But great low kicks :)
Take a look at my other videos
Thanks for the tips, very useful 🙏 Ps : can you be any more hot 😅
If this Man kicked you it would be equivalent to getting hit by a truck!!! Great video~
no offense, are you on gear?
No offense taken. No I'm not.
Minimal equipment?? Tell it to the guy holding the bag.😅
5 one leg squats!! hold ankle.. now ,jump up, grab tree!!and chase squirrel. hit those tires ,every day!! and FIGHT!!!! Mexico baby!!!! like your life depends on it! ...or a tiny jail cell!! TRAIN!!!!!! my ! J.K.D., baby!!! im 63 years old, and all Viking!! German, Irish. learned from all cultures...whatever works, disregard the rest. GOD thru CHRIST is my POWER!!! no foreign gods. DIET!! FAST! SPIRITUAL TRAINING!!! GOPDS WORD!! PRAYER!!! the HOLY SPIRIT is my TEACHER in this area. Nothings changed at all ,health wise...in fact.. I'm in the best health of my life.. really weird. lately im increasing my hand to hand to BAKI anime level!! do to what's happening in the Citys these days...gun"ate is my other work out...Musashi says two hands ,two swords!! two 40 cals..like equilibrium movie.! CAREFUL training!! ready for the street.. never seen this on you tube. I'm camera shy.
Loosen your kicks a bit. Decent technique, but you're super stiff. Watch how light on their feet soccer players are. You don't need massive quads to kick harder.
stronger? kicks is about speed precision and TIMING ....strenght ...comes out of hiting your oponent when he is weakest ...then you need half strenght and you dont brake your own leg ...or fist...i'm playing smart here but thats the way it is 😅 ...if you kick in right spots you hardly even need some strenght ...its more explosiv swing then some strenght and big muscles ...most succesfull kickers dont have big muscle and weight ...it slows you down ...i'm a small skinny guy so strenght comparing to some 6+ft 2 meters high makes no sense ...gotta use what you have as advantige
I've got faster with more strength... it is all the things you mentioned and strength. A strong body is also more injury resistant. These movements are about developing the muscles involved in kicking and as a result technique can be improved with more strength through the full active range of motion.
Tu dois travailler ta vitesse tu es trop lent
You forgot to mention your ped regimene
Are you natural, taking any testosterone, steroids or sarms. Just be honest, live your truth
I'm not taking anything, but how would that effect the information I'm putting across either way?
@jkgardiner as an ex-juicer and MMA enthusiast that comes as a Big surprise and I'm astounded by your genetics, but I guess I'm still learning. The exercises you detailed wouldn't change, but from my experience if you're PE'ing your training and recovery is different.
@user-mn3vt2sl1m I've been training for 24 years in Karate and about 20 In the gym, although probably about 10 years of having a better idea about how to train.
@jkgardiner that's brilliant, well done Dude & Thanks
Bro you do roids…
If he is doin gym there is not point in karate
Why not?
@@jkgardiner if you go to UFC or tournaments full contact. Then ok need more power but karate was made for self defense. Like normal guy in the street don't go to gym he only do karate if u do bodyweight training that ok
@karatedo4928 what if I also enjoy weight training? Weight training will absolutely improve your Karate, without a doubt. Over 20 years of combining Karate with weight training and I haven't experienced a single downside. The body doesn't differentiate between resistance from body weight or external weight, the muscles contract under load in both cases.
@@jkgardiner 👍
With a bodybuilder body, why wouldn’t you be able to kick someone through a wall 😊…. But I love the exercises and very impressed on your delivery of kicks ( outstanding)🤜🏾🫷🏾
