These three are such a delight. Sheen and Tennant's chemistry is INCREDIBLY promising, and I have a good feeling that I won't be disappointed on Friday!! Update: I was FAR from disappointed and have watched the show 4 times through at this point.
I was far from disappointed. I liked it even more than I thought I would! My favorite scene was Crowley talking to his plants. Not only was Tennant's acting an ideal mix of frightening and just-over-the-top-enough parody, the make-up, lighting, videography, and CGI touches were perfect.

My favourite was the one where they were getting drunk. Great scene, that. Not a prime example of the spectacular acting as their characters, but only me it was amazing and absolutely character based!

Oh good God these men are charming.
I was a constant regular at the little bookstore in the mall that I worked at. Persistent purchaser of scifi. At least twice a week. Books were my cocaine. One day as I went in, one of the clerks( by this time they KNEW I would be in every few days, starved for a book) spoke up and said something had come in that he knew I would like. He took me to the rack with Good Omens on it. I had no idea who Gaiman or Pratchett were, I hadn't read any of their stuff yet. So I bought it, took it home. And it hit me like an extinction event meteor. The footnotes!!!! A mad man had written the footnotes, and I simply had to have him! I went back to the book store a couple of days later, and gabbled hysterically about the footnotes. I was brought to the Pratchett books. It was the beginning of Terry's role as my therapist. Terry carried me through a LOT of truly awful life changes, never let me down. I wish I could see this series, but I can't afford Amazon.
It'll be on BBC television at some point.

I am so looking forward to this show. I love the book. I love Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchet. My only regret is that Pratchet is not alive (and lucid) to be able to see it realised. My favourite audio version of the book has a cameo of Gaiman and Pratchet as police officers in the first act. This story and now the show are a wonderful collaboration.
It's honestly pretty sad that Terry Pratchett wasn't able to see it :(

One of the things that made Good Omens the show great is the quality of the main cast, their chemistry with each other, and the obvious affection they have for the material. These three were the best and made up for some of the not so great parts of the otherwise really awesome well done adaptation of my favorite book ever. PS: I love the Fun Facts of everyone. Great segment!
