I was legit gonna throw away mine because the power indicator was no longer lighting up when I charged it. I did this thinking it was not gonna work and hell it did.
I’m glad it worked for you. I was on the phone with Corsair support getting ready to send mine in to them when I figured it out. They weren’t even aware of the fix…go figure.

My Corsair Void Elite I hold the mute button for over 15 seconds and I push the power button and it still won't come on.
This sounds like yours might actually be toast. I would contact Corsair support and see if they can help you with anything additional.

Its not that mine is frozen i can turn it back on, but it randomly dies the minute after i turn it on. Idk what to do 😭
Hi Beastmode, sounds like you may have a bad battery. I would reach out to Corsair support and see if they can help you troubleshoot or resolve that issue. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you, but I haven't encountered that issue myself.

for some reason my mic wont unmute, do you know how to fix that?
Have you accidentally muted it in your computer settings? Are you getting the mute/unmute sound in your headphones when you raise/lower the mic?
This worked on mine a while back but it’s done the same thing again but this time when I hold the mute button and try to power it on nothing happens do you have any idea what it could be?
If the quick fix is not working now then I think it's probably time to reach out to Corsair. It sounds like something bigger is going on with your headset, and maybe they can help you with a warranty return or something.

Unfortunately you can’t. You’ll need to talk to Corsair support to see if you have any options other than just buying a new one.

hey this didnt work for me i have the hs55 corsair headset mine was acting like it didnt work but acted like it was connected the usb stick was blinking red i was plugging it into a usb 2.0 and it needed to be plugged into a usb 3.0 this is to help anyone who needed it theres no youtube video on it so

My power button is broken so I can’t press it any ideas how I turn it on in a other way ?
Sadly, If your power button is broken it’s probably time to talk to support about a repair/replacement. If you’re no longer under warranty it may cost you less to just buy a new one. See what support says.
Mine is not working. No matter if i charge it i don’t see any light of it charging doesn’t matter if i hold the power button just doesn’t turn on. I did hold the mute for 15 and go to the power even did bonus seconds and it’s still not turning on. no matter what i do i never had a problem with this headset
Another commenter let us know that removing the battery and reconnecting it worked for them. If that’s not an option for you, try reaching out to Corsair.
In my case, my headset is not charging at all I tried the original USB cable on different devices and it works fine. I even tried using a different USB cable to my headset but still didn't charge at all. I had these headphones for 2 yrs already. I don't know if it's time to say bye-bye to this headset or if there is still a fix for it I would be glad to do it. Does Anyone have an Idea to fix this issue?
Aw man, that sucks. I hate hearing about failures with these headsets. You know, it wouldn’t hurt to reach out to Corsair. You may not get the answer you want, but if you don’t try…you definitely won’t 😉

@@AnastasiaTass i downloaded the firmware of ICue and just plug my usb stick of my headset in the pc then connected my headset to the pc and force update firmware + i cleaned my headset in the inside so i had to remove the screws of it.
Haven’t been able to use mine in a long time something told me to store it and not throw it away luckily, I did that. Just pulled it out and I can say this indeed works! 😅

Unfortunately no. The dongle for the Corsair headsets are proprietary. You should reach out to Corsair and see if they have a way to help you out. But I have a feeling it might be a “buy a new headset” situation. Let me know what happens if you speak to them. I’m curious.
Not working :/
Give it a few tries if you can. And make sure it’s got a charge on it, even if it’s plugged in leave it charging for a bit before you give it another go. If it still doesn’t work you may actually have a unit that needs replacing.

If it's outside the warranty then you may be stuck paying for a repair, or just plain buying a new one. I hope you can find a reasonable solution that doesn't end up costing you a fortune.
No it’s not working. The lights not even Turing on. All it did was it died of no power than poof. Nothing, usually I can play with it on the charging cable but it doesn’t do nun

Another user commented below that removing and reinstalling the battery fixed theirs when my trick did not. That might be an option for you. Otherwise give Corsair a shout and see if there’s anything they can do for you!
