  • I think what’s tough with Hermansson is that he wears his pain on his sleeve. You can tell when he’s hurt and fighters seem to take advantage of that. Of course he can withstand quite a bit but his tell is enough to give momentum to his opponents and Joe Pyfer is likely to thrive off of that.

    • no,Jack's got 99 problems but his technique ain't 1. his only problem is his pillow hands. jack is probably the most underrated fighter in the ufc. hes great everywhere, great technique. But....he can't hurt any1 striking. and pyfer will ko jack.

    • U can’t just start the fight and throw a leg kick tho it’s not that simple. Will he be willing to exchange his leg kick for a punch or two from pyfer? Because he doesn’t throw those kicks very fast or set them up good.

  • Dont know how Joe manages the distance here, he isn't particularly quick and Jack will be on his bike the whole fight. Jack is definitely at the end of his career but this will be a real test for Joe.

  • I simply can’t root against Hermannson. Something about Pyfer rubs me the wrong way, anyways. He seems like a nice, humble guy. But He tries pushing ‘coming from nothing’ a little hard. So many fighters come from nothing. Having no place to live, a drug past, etc. They just don’t speak about it 24/7 for clout.

    • Agreed! It’s crazy’s he’s only 3 fights in and he’s fighting Jack. Can he beat Jack? Probably. But his last fight was against a welterweight. He got taken down easily in his contender series fight . I feel like the top 9 will be very tough

  • This whole joe pyfer power cube record is ridiculous. He has already said that obviously Francis hits harder than he does. Francis hit it with a short upper-cut and only did it once. Joe hit it seven times and threw his whole body weight into a hook. Joe obviously hits extremely hard, especially for a middleweight, but nobody is implying that he hits “harder” than the 300 pound Francis ngannou

  • Funny on this card we have Gregory Rodrigues vs Brad Tavares. Rodrigues is 6'3 while Tavares is 5'11 Rodrigues is legit LHW while Tavares is small as MW he should def drop down to WW. Rodrigues will literally run this Tavares just by being much bigger man. How is this OK dunoo
