  • I just wanted to say THANK YOU GREG! Finally after watching so many videos I can do the cube. Everyone rushes the videos made and it’s never slowed down to help people. I was OBSESSED with learning this in 7th grade. But I could never understand it and gave up multiple times and my cube collected dust. Here I am years later and I finally can do it. You’re the best!

  • Hi Greg, I have searched for a video to show friends online an easy way to solve this Rubik's cube, using my method, just 4 simple algorithms. And here you are, having posted a video with 4 simple algorithms, albeit not exactly similar algorithms because of the orientation of the cube held in hand. I believe this is the simplest method, and your pace is easy to follow, and more people ought to have appreciated it. Thank you very much.

  • I bought my cube 6 years ago and I just couldn't solve it. Now, I first watched most of you video, till the point where you use corner switch and the corners are just orientated the wrong way. I didn't watch the part after that, and just switched the corners by turning them. Now I can solve it properly, like a pro. Thankyou 🙂. My friend didn't believe me first that you can use 4 algorithms, and now I think if I show it to him he would jump a metre high. He' s a pro in solving cubes. I am proud to think that I can now join him in solving cubes like a pro. Thankyou very much. This method is really very easy and reliable 🙂

I gotta write these algs down so I can teach my friend the cube As to you people who are hating on it for being bad... I don't see anything that's unclear at all, and he explains the steps very well, I give this tutorial a +2 (Only cubers will get that pun) Edit: Ok, it's not perfect, I see that; but he's simpling it down to SIX ALGORITHMS. The normal beginner's method uses around 12 algorithms, so he's cutting that in half. Quit complaining and learn two things; not everything is perfect, and that things won't immediately come to you from watching a KZhead video

  • I once saw a german video that explains all algorithms with picture language using certain colors as mark points for every phase. It actually doesnt even require you to learn the algs by muscle memory or anything

  • Thank you. I’ve watched a few tutorials, but I didn’t learn much from them. I’ve been trying to solve a Rubik’s cube for quite sometime now. So thank you for this tutorial. I was finally able to solve it for the first time.

  • Hey i dont know if you will see this comment but what would you have to do if you had all but two corners on the same side left? I tried all the algorithms then ended up with yellow on top and the top blue corners swotched, and my cube doesnt corner twist

  • I've been trying to figure out the corner switches, I'm still confused on why I can't get it right lol is there like another algorithm or is it the same either way you have to flip the corners?

  • What do you do when you’re on the last layer yellow side facing up and you’re doing the corner pieces and one corner is all paired up and the other diagonal corner piece is in it right place but the other two corner pieces are not in the right place, so what do you do with that situation, I know it’s pretty rare for that to happen but it did happen to me three or four times.
