Thomas can't do anything until the 11th circuit seeks his involvement. That's the sequence. Thomas can't do anything until the 11th circuit seeks his involvement. That's the sequence. Jack Smith can go over her head and seek remedy for non legal scenarios that favor the defense who's literally responsible for her being appointed judge to begin with.
