When i first heard alejandro play in his audition, it reminded me alot of the movie August Rush. A prodigy young musician. There's no denying alejandro is superb on the guitar & creativity. I'm not saying conall is prodigy because honestly we only got a small piece of what he can do. I am saying i like what i heard & it gave vibes to alejandro's guitar skills. For his voice there are male artists that he can be compared to for similarity in tone & style. Looking forward to seeing what idol & judges can do as well as other contestants can inspire in him.

Potential finalist for me! He’s a star in the making! He’s already giving me Fritz vibes, especially with the emotion he was portraying after he sang! You can tell he lives and breathes music. He’s in a lane of his on. He has it all the tools to win this show! That guitar playing was excellent! He just showed so many different sides of his voice! He doesn’t need this show to be a star in my opinion!
he had that angsty, teen feel. I wasn't really liking the sound of his voice but was enjoying the performance and his guitar work. Good presentation.

First an artist who the judges think that he was a great guitarist. Conall Gorman, a 19-year-old from Montclair, New Jersey opened up about battling stage fright when he sang an original called "Backseat" with his instrumental strum, which the student reveal he bought with life saving. Luke found it started strong before crumbling a bit. Katy said he is on the road to being a pro but she is looking for more in the gears and Lionel loved the tone of his voice. The judges gave Connal the triple yes and with that ticket, he's to see the wizard, the wonderful wizard of American Idol.....and for a final artist.....
