  • That was one of best frames I've ever seen. Snookers, tough decisions, heavy atmosphere, chance to go to a decider, fluke snookers, big mistakes, final frame of the championship, this game had all in one. Thank you

  • I have to say this editing style is gold! I often watched the short form for time reasons but it just does not transport the atmosphere and the drama and the chopped-up commentary is a pain. I rarely find the time for full matches so this is the best format I saw so far. I would be delighted if you uploaded these versions of current matches on their play date. Judging from the comments on short form videos I saw, I am sure this would be appreciated by many. Subscribed!

  • Joe Johnson asked if Maquire thought he can win when he needed a snooker, that reminded me of when Steve Davis once made a clearance thinking that he could win only to find out that he lost the frame by one point, I also seem to remember the commentator explaining that the referee was powerless to inform Steve Davis of his impending disaster.

  • Snooker has certainly gone global. Obviously, Neil Robertson won the world title and his country stages a big championship down under. Anyway, in 2004, Scotland had two players, destined to be the next best thing since Stephen Hendry and John Higgins. One, Graeme Dott got to the world championship final that year and then becoming triumphant two years later while Stephen Maguire won the UK Championship before we said goodbye to 2004. Maguire defeated Ronnie at the UK Masters in 2008 turning around his Telford conqueror in the UK final. This, in Germany was an eventful frame and Ronnie prevailed.

Not taking anything away from Ronnie who's a great player but if only he could be more consistent and less reckless then he can certainly take on Judd Trump whose gameplay is so immaculate right now. And of course he went on to win good stuff after this...gained in confidence... like trump after northern ireland. Hendry could not handle not winning after some time. Still nobody is a match for our new mexican drug lord ronaldo del sullivan and his killer mustache!!! It would be funny if he goes on to win some stuff with a mustache he should keep it for a little while. He mentioned one last shot at glory for the remaining seasons some time ago.
