    @melissabattles8648@melissabattles864828 күн бұрын
    • It is a fact though. Every criminal defendant faces heavily biased advantages throughout their trial, they only need 1 juror to toss the conviction, and as a matter of fact, every single defendant is legally presumed innocent right up until the moment they become convicted by an unanimous decision by a jury of their peers. The legal system has always been biased this way, for centuries.

To me this smells where Avenatti took advantage of this interview to hope that #45 gets a pardon if he ever wins the election and regains his life as a lawyer and bar licence because of the pardon. You can smell a lot of bitterness in this interview from Avenatti. He is indirectly giving out signal to #45 and his legal team the ready- between-the-lines type of communication that "I will mock this case or trial, if you pardon me from my legitimate wrong doing". Im telling you, we live in a age, where there are selfish, twisted and narcissistic people like Avenatti. This is how we should always be vigilant and alert of the fact that this is how evil #45 is.
