Prosecution told Judge that Prosecution cannot control witness Cohen. Judge acknowledged that but suggested that Cohen could tone it down. Commentators were suggesting that his testimony will be Cohen's last shot to enact revenge. Just hope the cross doesn't blow Cohen's weakened credibility.
Is that gift a pre decision that doesn't send this to a trial because they haven't actually met the burden of proof on what this case was originally about.
