Hearing her laugh is refreshing. Some of these comedians wilt without an audience, and the change in format does take some getting used to, but there's something so wholesome about Colbert solving the problem by having his wife in the audience, and knowing by her laugh that she loves the material.

One of my proudest moments was when I helped my 20 year old step daughter register to vote, because she is passionate about voting in her very first presidential election and has agreed that it's worth standing in line for as long as we have to! That's right, my 20 year old finds voting in this election more important than tiktok dances and hours straight of facetiming! Hells yeah!!!

The people who give the most money to politicians usually want something in return. Trump basically said "I will screw the poor and make the rich richer" so he became the candidate for big business and wealthy financiers, and they gave him loadsamoney. They don't mind whatever he does, as long as taxes for the rich go down, and he has delivered on that, so they will continue to back him.
