Обычно таджики всегда всех угощают, встречают и помогают. а здесь наоборот, вы кого-то угощаете и оставляете чаевые. Вы сломали систему 😅 они в таком случае даже не знают как себя вести. Теряются, хотя и рады. Приятно что вы оставили эти чаевые. В Таджикистане людям тяжело. Работа низкооплачиваемая. Так что это им большая помощь ❤. Всем мира и добра. Привет Таджикистан.

Anyway, that food you ate looked very delicious and I was googling where I could try it where I live if there is a restaurant at all. All these new information about these countries are very refreshing. Central Asians seem to be very honest and very neat people!

  • The food you had we have as well in Afghanistan we call it Qurooti. Our version does not have any meet, in its place we have caramelized onions cooked with some turmeric and a lot A LOT of dry mint and dry red (hot) pepper and on the side some fresh cut onions.
