The phone doesn’t have the top portion of the options you mentioned. Bootlegger and recovery mode are the options. When I press recovery mode it says no command. The Android guy is laying down with a red hazard symbol

I notice you say that the process allows you access to everything on your phone again. But a Factory Reset wipes all of it out ! I'm confused.
sorry for the late reply, but if you have your stuff backed up and you remove your sd card beforehand, then you can re insert it and get your data back

So when you press the power button when you select wipe data does it go back to the first option and turn green then it said Android and I don't know what's happening

Hello I did everything you said but when I got to the page that you was talking about it only showed a page that stated warning: a customer's o S can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications if you want to download a customer OS press the volume up also estate volume up key it's continues it and volume down key it cancels and they got in parentheses reset phone. Then it gets stuck on the blue page so I have to press the volume button and power button at the same time to get it back to where it was and it's still locked

I had someone help me setup my phone and they changed my VPN I think, but they put a pattern passcode on my phone and I factory reset n called cricket and they said they can't do anything, I get as far as connecting to internet that's it I can't get into the phone

Okay but what about any google lock? Where any other time if there's a google lock and you don't have the pin code or even know the email that was used, it just ends up even more locked.....
